What rank can I get with 75.33 marks in set 3

So guys this is the analysis of the poll I had put up 2 days back.
117 people participated (SET 1 & 3-77, SET 2-40). The poll participation seems equally balanced.
The average of SET 1 & 3=68.77 and that of SET 2=62.5. Difference of nearly 6+ marks.(Nothing surprising here).
Now lets begin with analysis.
Last year (2015) the average of top 0.1% students including all sessions was 83 (approx.).
This year the level of difficulty for SET 1 & 3 was more or less same as GATE 2015 but virtual calculator did play spoil sport for many of us. But that is balanced by increase in number of students who additionally appeared for paper this year.
Therefore, I have considered the average for top 0.1% for SET 1 & 3 as 82. (lets be realistic, it cant be less than that in any case.)
For SET 2 the average of top 0.1% I have considered as 75.
The reason for that is the fact there were as many as 5 question (8 marks in total) which most of them couldn't solve or have attempted in wrong manner. (Ex- Pressure variation, ECM, Grey CI, Phase daigram (solunization), two shaft centreline). Apart from that there were another 4 questions where students seem to be split on final answer (+-240MPa, 0 or 7071 N,etc) and have challenged them for solution. Also, In any poll thus far no student has comeup with 85+ marks in SET 2.
Therefore, the overall average for all Sets would be approx 80.
As its not a surprise that SET 2 would gain marks while set 1 & 3 would lose some marks after normalisation.
The cutoff would be near about 30 in SET 1 & 3 and nearly 27 in SET 2. The overall average would be 29
The question is by how much would I lose or gain after normalisation? So heres the answer.
Using formula for normalisation and the above assumptions this could happen:
SET 2:
85 marks changes to 90.63
80 marks changes to 85.31
75 marks changes to 80
70 marks changes to 74.69
65 marks changes to 69.38
60 marks changes to 64.06
And so on.
SET 1 & 3:
95 marks changes to 92.75
90 marks changes to 87.85
85 marks changes to 82.94
80 marks changes to 78.04
75 marks changes to 73.13
70 marks changes to 68.23
65 marks changes to 63.33
60 marks changes to 58.42
And so on.
From this analysis, 85 in SET 2 seems to be equivalent to 92.84 of SET 1/3 which I guess is reasonable.
Also, normalised score of 70 seems equivalent to 65.6 in SET 2 and 71.8 in SET 1/3.
I would not like to comment on marks vs rank analysis because that seems highly ambiguous at this stage. But I strongly believe that marks vs rank trend would come down this year. (Wild guess 1000 rank on 70 normalised marks against last year's 1000 rank on 73 marks).
Hope I have done justice to this analysis. Suggestions are most welcome.
NOTE: I strongly believe that SET 2 could gain even more (students scoring 60+ should gain atleast +6) bcoz many students last year from SET 1 had gained upto 5 marks even though the level of difficulty was not very much different than other 2 sets. But I have been very modest with my assumptions thus far. Fingers crossed.
Wht should be good gate score in gate 2016 for getting nit (design,thermal,prod)last year score above 600 we got nit in 2015 so this year at what score we will get nit plzz suggest will our gate score will remain same like 2015 or it would be high or low as compared to 2015
