This is ranjith from Hyderabad with 2 years of work experience in IT.I am fresh stock in Paagal guy.well i am planning to give GMAT in 1st week of June.Lets start a collective study effort by helping each other.I have gone through Manhattan SC Guide. It is good.can you guys please tell me what material you are using?

Hi Ranjith and mavguy..I was in hyd for almost 4 yrs..Its one of my fav cities...I used to work in an IT major in Gachibowli..i am hellbound to give GMAT this July-Aug and applying for ISB..Its is my dream to get admission in ISB(my office was just opposite to their campus and have been to their campus several times).But currently I am posted in my hometown Kolkata.I hav alomost completed Quants and Sentence correction ana apart of RC from the Official guide.Will now prepare from MAnhattan or KAplan 800..plz pm ur mail id or mobile no..will contact u den...

Did you try 1000RC ? It has umpteen number of RC sets, some of which you find in OGs too. But in those sets, you find more number of questions to a particular RC when compared with OG. That way you will learn to identify different and pretty much the standard type of questions in a RC.
Going by your concern, I don't think speed is your problem but accuracy.
There are no thumb rules to RC. More you practice sensibly, more you would do good. If you are good at CR, RC shouldn't pose problems !!!

ready to gear up for the GMAT to app for 2012 fall. plannin to take by this july an, this s the first thread i follow. wish to see more posts. i see a 2.5 to 3 mo nths of 2hr/day prep ll do.

which B-Schools are u targeting? I am focusing mainly on ISB and Stanford Reliance Scholarships.
And how are planning to write your essays?
not yet started targeting bschools. gotta see hw far i can score in gmat. then, the best a 2yr exp (till nw) can get me!! afaik, isb looks for great diversity and outstanding acads. my grad acads gav a hit (@7.5cgpa) and not so great extra curriculars. stanford rel scholrship woud be a dream aim, but jus weighing how low one can go and still make it worthwhile. around US top 20-30 schools may be.
