Even though i don't claim that i'm 100% right in case of directive wala question, i'd (very humbly) advice u against depending only upon those answer keys or the discussions here to validate the answers.

IMO : Answer is B A is obviously wrong . which is wrongly used B Modifier is correct. C/D/E not parallel .

The sentence begins in the present tense (is... transparent) and has no reason to switch from is to the past tense was at the end. (D) and (E) are not idiomatic; transparent enough has to be followed by to be in this situation and transparent enough so as to be combines incompatible idioms. Even though the original sentence is rather clumsy, (A) is best option.OA is Option-A:-P
