Hi Everyone... I have given HAL MT Electronics branch Exam on 16th Nov;2013 and here are some questions which came in that exam -:

Technical - Ideal OPAMP CMRR value, Question on Oscillator(Hartley,Colpitts etc) ,Numerical on finding Overshoot , 2-3 questions on Engg. Maths , Numerical on finding M.I. of AM signal(given total signal power and carrier power) ,slowest DAC, question on ECL and TTL, Questions on Reducing a given eq. of Digital, On JFET ,Numerical on diodes...etc


GK - Name of IMF Head, Padma Vibhushan winner(options were Pranab Mukherjee,Shashi Tharoor etc),1st Indian to perform at south pole(options were Pt. Ravishankar, Pt. Jasraj, Zakir Hussain)..etc


English & Reasoning- 1-2 passage,2-3 inference questions ,2-3 questions similar-opposite meaning of given word , 2-3 Very Easy Non verbals ques,many questions on circular sitting arrangement and row arrangement,1 question on probability(easy) and 1 on simple interest..........

This much only I remember and hope it will be useful for those who will be appearing for the same.....

written was on 14 nov..had sail interview on 13 in delhi so had to catch early morning flight to kolkata for hal...and after seeing the question i was like wtf...how hal can expect us to solve the problm with such complex calculation without calci..this paper was toughest...nt sure ki mera hoga ya nahi...but most probably ho jayega... @anirban.xcd @gautam.90 @sachin.gangwar @deepranj19 sab apna batao yaar

bhai logo ek baat batao yaar ki vakai kya cut off slot wise jaati hai..........kch logo ka kehna hai..........agar jaati bhi hai to final selection to final marks par hi depend karega.......aur agar kisi ne interview qualify kar liya lekin usa paper problematic ya kisi aur karan se hard tha.......then marks to kam reh hi jayenge na???????????????? its wrong paper should be balanced for all......and max two days should be taken to conduct exam for any particular branch
