thanks for the info...even i have also given cat ..did nt fare weel actually got 92.58... cant apply to top colleges... but waht u have said is absolutely true.. that preperation for cat will certainly gives u more edge when compared to other candidtaes in terms of banking exam.. even i wrote ibps po2 on the way of preparing my exams adn secured decent score (167)...

@cool.gal IMO it is good to go through daily news paper and and watch news (preferebly NDTV).. just for half an hour.. coz.. even if u buy the books like manorama etc.. u ll not be able to study everything.. and more importantly u cant remember anything.. its my personal opinion though..

Hi Friends,I am a Btech in Mechanical Engineering, 2006 graduate. I read the advertisement and see that I meet the eligibility criteria for Technical Officer Scale 1. However, when I try to apply on the site..the validation says I am not eligible. Although the validation message itself says that Btech in Mechanical is eligible. Is anyone else facing same issue?

In the advt. for Specialist officers, for Technical Officer post, Electronics & Communication is not eligible why? Electronics , Electronics and Telecommunication etc are there !! Am I eligible for that ?
IT officer is much better post than technical officer.,, thats what i have heard...
