@Dinselva both idbi and bob are gd...but i am not sure abt the incentives/perks they give in idbi...& abt BOB & PNB i have doubt for promotion in upper scales cause they hire candidates from manipal educational programme whom they prefer for promotions to higher ranks..

2. You have been found ineligible for recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees (CWE-POs/MTs-II) as per the documents/ credentials submitted by you.
3. (i)You will be eligible (subject to further scrutiny) for further selection processes under this project subject to vacancies identified. Candidature may be cancelled at any stage of the process due to non-production of relevant documents in support of identity/ eligibility.
(ii)Please refer to the Notification on IBPS website/ Employment News regarding vacancies in Participating Organisations and process for registering preference for Participating Organisations.

@shake_a8 well its pure guess mate...but they have i year banking diploma...and not all the banks are hiring candidates from these cources...

iv heard upon succesful completion of the course,they are absorbed as po's.....thats quite a good deal,i guess...i know bank has the liability to conduct their business in an efficient manners...but after some one is absorbed as a po,there shud'nt be any discrimination......
P.S - its however on the banks to decide whom to give promotion...heard about bank politics too playing a part in promotion....i being an employee of a bank wud take that..
