ibps is going to declare the combine result(ie-written+interview)..so they will take both interview cutoff + final cutoff..nowadays time is running so slow and heart is beating so fast......
i have some query. i am planning to write SBI PO entrance xam. i am working for a german automative giant and have 2+ years of experience. my CTC is around 5lpa.
planning for MBA few years down the line with few years of experience in banking sector.
hope working for a reputed bank will definitely help me.
could you please guide me if i am going on right track and how much salary i could expect on joining as an SBI PO after clearing interview round.

@ALL guys i normally dn't deal in speculations since many are giving opinion i am just trying to link logically different statements.......
1. result WILL NOT be only of interview. it would be combined so there might be case that they dn't fail anybody but pass every1 in interview.....based on merit list (written + interview) they will rank every individual.....once vacancies are out they will ask for preferences and allot a bank to individual....also if some vacancies are not filled due to non acceptance of offer from individual they will go for subsequent iterations for filling them up and this can go on for n no of times (this matches with the probability that they dn't fail anybody in interview just give low marks if bad interview).......since they are passing everyone and making merit list according to combined marks (this also matches with the statement that "mere passing both the things doesn't guarantee a job").....

Also if they fail then very gud question is how many are they going to pass?? and this will be a constraint on number of iterations for allotting the bank to individuals if people are going to decline their offer letters due to some reasons....means this process will stop after a certain period and there might be backlog vacancies for ibps po 2013.....therefore this seams to be a less probable......
