I was interview in Delhi.
I am an IT guy having hardcore 6 yr of experience in BFSI domain. So dont assume things at your end. ICICI HR girl was real rude in asking. Cutting all of my replies before I could answer. I have bleak chances to qualify PI. Anyways you never know....every aspirant is a case in there own so dnt compare based on others assumptions. Just give it your best shot.

Your points that got u selected
As I said...GD was in form of case study which I already wrote above.
GD was good for me as I initiated and gave directions for discussions which you should do.
There are also case studies about balance sheets as one of my friend told me....they will give you balance sheets, and you need to decide to which compnay you shold give loan.
Try to initiate the GD and throw 4-5 points at right time. That will do for you guys.
And for PI questions:
1) Why Banking?
2) Why do you think you can be good for Corporate Banking?
3) Why not in Risk domain?
4) What do you know about finance, if yes do you deal in equity, buy/sell shares, again if yes on what basis you do that?
5) Why this program only, there are numrous mane? (they want to think as good as possible about there programme, so dnt hesitate to lie in every sense)
6) What skills in you make you different from others so that we should take you for this program?
These were what I was asked.
You should have justified answers for such questions, when I say justified means convincing anwers.Rest is the destiny. Whatever happens, happens for the best.

Hi All, Completed my GD & PI today. It was smooth process. GD topic was:
Company A is a very old and creditable company.It has two divisions X & Y. Div X is in loss. But Div X has lot good reputation and holding. company has tried a lot to noramilze its issues, but its constantly in loss due to equiptments/technologies which is very old.
Div y has shown good results. some of the inputs/materials Y is taking from X too. Company A has a debt of 250 cr. from a client, due to loans on div x.
Tables given for Div x and Y on financial growth and equipment/products utilizations.
As a Company CFO, i approached bank XYZ and i have been given two options to select from:
1.Bank XYZ has to analyze and assess div x and restructure it accordinly or as promoters to sell it which promoters will never do ,as they have there centiments associated. so bank will reorganize Div X and sell it.
2. Any strategic investor would infuse money in this and would also provide the equipment with latest technology, but he will take control over operations and also he will not repay back any loans of Company A.
Now as a CFO of Comp A, i should suggest, what option will i choose.
Also, Guys PI was simple and straightforward. Just be candid.

I went for option 2, and most of us in group went with same except one.we kept our point like this.Good points1. Strategic investor is infusing cash.2. He is bringing all new equipments which is utmost required3. Div X shows good growth in terms of financial table, but the consumption is less because finished goods are not up to mark4. If after some point of time ,investor brings miracle to div X , shareholders can buyback their shares back by profit made by div XYou just need to put points and thats it. You are done, but you have to speak Bro, otherwise they wont clear you for PI.All d best 
completed gd pi. got the health care case study. 7 candidates selected from my group.
But I'm not very hopeful as my pi lasted only for 5 minutes. It seemed to me that they were least interested in taking pi. It was just like a formality.
