that is optimistic answer from you, anyways thanks , whether i make it or not, the experience was a very good one ... 9th aug -12th aug : around 30-40 persons each day were and will be interviewed - so max of 150-160 persons interviewed in chennai this time around

by seeing all updates,i can say that they are asking almost same questions to all applicants and few questions on the basis of ur resume and what you are speaking out there.i was being asked the same questions like tell me about urself,why banking,why risk management,what do you mean by risk mngt,what is CASA,what is saving account and current account,would u give loan to tata company if yes why,does company need investment after establishment of plant,few questions on my interest and hobby,about my husband and followed by relocation question and any my blood relative working wid ICICI and they ended up interview by cracking joke saying this i am lucky enuf that nobody is working there from my family(i don't understand what does it mean)

this is about hyderabad.1st day that was on 9th aug.i think around 50 were interwied on that day.don't knw about other day.just relying on data which are given here by puys

Had my Gd & PI yesterday at Delhi...Registration process was delayed but hassle free...they only took two photographs and 2 copies of CV & just saw the identity proof...They did not take or look at any other document..
GD started alnost 2 hrs after the scheduled time...got the div X/DivY case...3 out of 10 people in my group were selected..
In GD just make some valid points, don't panic if some one from your group is talking too much, just wait for him to stop and then make your point...give others a chance to talk and be a good listener..you will be through
PI was conducted by the same panel that took the GD..
My Pi lasted for only about 15 mins..no ques such as why mba...why icici...just the basic tell us about yourself...job profile..and after that some GK ques related to my extra-curriculars mentioned in the CV..I couldn't answer most of them...finally asked me three ques: whether ready for relocation, specialization that u would want if selected and if any relatives in ICICI bank...

but before september, as last year they announced on sep 6th because interviews were conducted on 19th aug onward, but this time interviews are some what earlier so we can expect before month end..any idea about how many days interviews going on this time? Whether monday is last day?

selection in Delhi is spread over 4 days...tommorow being the last...so around 400 people may be been interviewed at Delhi...

A correction to the info posted above. The Delhi Centre has GD n PI only on 3 days i.e 9th 11th and 13th August. The first day had 140+ candidates out of which roughly 65 made it for PI. The HR told due to unavailability of selectors they had to push the dates to 13th since 10th and 12th were holidays here. I expect the numbers of candidates to be higher side on both 11th and 13th. Puys who attended on 11th can confirm it.

i think same will work for some other centers also where 13th also interview is there..so all centers 3 days ..per day 200 candiates and on avergae 100 might gof or PI..so per center 300 people (max fig ll be less than this) so from 6 centers we can expect 1500 people attending PI
ANy idea when will the results be shared? The HR in Kolkata Centre on 11th Aug told us that the tentative timeline is end of this month. Total intake is 120??Correct?? And any idea if the applicants will be absorbed into the roles as per the choices that they make or as per ICICI? WHat i mean is.. if someone from IT background applies..would he be taken into the IT dept??
@[602607:shohini_bh] i too appeared from kolkata centre,i asked this particular question on the roles being offered during the PI,they said its a complex procedure involving background check,profile and aptitude(no precise answer,i guess they were not exactly aware how it will be done)..based on that particular parameters they will be offering the specialization.they also asked that whether i was aware of the profiles and its their discretion to allot a particular profile to the applicant...
