I can be practical but not insane...... An AM-1 at icici gets 44K in hand when his pay is 6.5....we are talking abt an M-2 here....Guys who cleared NISM course last month are going to get around 70K in hand as are grads from IIM who are currently on probation (M-1).
Unless you have the pay-slip, its better to shutup.....IMHO no one here has ever met an M-2...forget abt his salary details.

Variable pay depends on the appraisal and company performance..fixed pay which you ll get for sure on monthly basis

VAriable pay will differ and some allowances u will not get into take home every month..
Eg:Gratuity,Provident fund,Group insurance ,any loan benefits..

Hi ....there is no neccesity for me to spam here :)....I discussed whatever is given in the website and my PI experience....there is a huge difference in being practical and inaccurate....am practical.....:).....I nowhere mentioned about tax.....there are lots of savings option for tax exemption which every1 wud knw ...but 1) PF , Gratuity , Medical reimbursement are part of CTC ( which they hv mentioned as 15 lacs nt take home and also u wud be getting the same salary for the bond period 2) The loan amount of 4.65 lacs wud be deducted frm ur salary 3) I got a call from a person called Vraksha ICICI mumbai who told me that results wud be out after a week's time 4) read previous pages which clearly says that only boarding is free and food and laundary charges wud be deducted from ur stipend (ie 10,000)...5) ABOVE ALL YOU NEED TO DISCUSS THESE THINGS NOW ONLY AND NOT AFTER JOINING THE PROGRAM AS U WUD HAVE ALREADY JOINED LEAVING UR CURRENT JOB AND ALSO WUD HAVE SIGNED THE BOND PAPER.....!!!!
P.S :- As a experienced professional you must know that you need to avoid words such as insane and Shut-up when posting in a public forum like this and also avoid getting personal with anyone as the site is open to views and concerns of evevryone and no monopoly expected !
Hi puys, everybody seems so desperate abt results..but ICICI will be choosing according to their priorities..seems our earlier batches are occupied more with Gas & Infrastructure guys. if some body can throw light on % of the people from various fields in earlier batches..will be of great help

Hey puys...it's high time we started discussing about the pros and cons of the pgm as we would not have much time once the results are declared...we would have to give our resig as soon as possible after the results so as to serve the notice period..
I really would like to know the kind of work a M-2 lvl manager has to do..
What are the working hours/days of M-2 people in various specializations(relationship, risk etc)
Read some where on this forum that the relationship guys need to wrk 6 days/week

Posting this a bit late, but nevertheless. Had my gdpi on 10th in blr. Had 2 interviews though. left @ 10 pm. usual questions about myself, more on current work and industry. Let's hope for the best.

I too opted for relationship, hope this is not a marketing one.
even its a 6 days a week its ok but it should not be marketing one or else its waste
