Under RM there are various divisions like Sales, Project financing, RM for existing customers etc...and under risk there are divisions such as credit,rural,market etc... you may be put into anyone depending on the banks reqmnt.... specialisations r only 3 but on job there r n divsions under which one may fall into....
Expect 24*7 work... even if ur not at ofc on weekends, u may hav to be available on call all the time to your superiors and sub-ordinates.

how you came to know about this info, Yesterday only interviews completed..They started selection also?

This time we have some good number of people from hyd, last time hyd and pune has least figures
@[205200:amit_k4] All banks operate 6 days a week, as far as PSU banks are concerned, Mon-Fri is full day 10-6 and Sat is half day 10-2, but pvt banks operate full day on Sat as well. If u remember the old ICICI ad, they work from 8 a:m -8 p:m. Moreover, it's not only the customer relationship guyz who work on Sat, even ppl from risk & IT also work on Sat.
