Are there any existing/current students of this Leadership Pgm active in this forum? Can someone give a take on the curriculum in details and the faculty at the University. Also, on the icicicareers portal on the candidate homepage it shows "Applied" against Company and Openings. What does that mean??? I got a shortlist.
Puys, from the responses coming in from selected cadidates, either Technology or Wholesale Banking is showing up under Company name.
Does that mean that the Specialization are already decided & this doesn't correspond with the sentence earlier posted by someone where it was written that any spl can be allotted to you after 2nd term ?

after 2 years your sal would be 12 to 14 lak
and here u will not get sal for two year
u wll get only 10 k for 1 year and 50 k for 1 year

Puys, spoke with HR today, HR is not working today and 2moro and the emails will start flowing again from Monday and hopefully the complete and consolidated list would be available by tuesday EOD or Wednesday...
On a different note, i saw few posts where it was mentioned that Risk would also involve Sales targets, I am inclined to disagree with it bcoz RISK is altogether a different subject...Risk is all about protecting bank from any kind of danger...
Also, to give some amount of hope to people who did not received email yet(I am one among them), if we go by the assumption that ICICI is deciding the specialisation now itself, i feel results are yet to be decided or emails are yet to be sent for those who got selected for Risk, bcoz when ICICI has differentiated Risk with WBG in the course details available in their portal, i dont feel they will club these while anouncing results...my own assumption, it may be wrong...ideas are welcome...
Whatever, we all are free from checking our mailbox every now and then atleast till Monday...

Dear Puys I think selected cadidates should ask ICICI to mention in the offer letter the division in which they would place after the successfull completion of MBA.
I would ask this ques :
I would request ICICI Bank to atleast clearly define the division in the offer letter (like Risk Management, Credit Management, Sales etc) in which the candidates would be placed after the successfull completion of the MBA. Its quite demotivating that it is still uncertain at this point and would be a major concern for most of the candiates while deciding the final acceptance.
I would also request other friends to ask it ...

Sorry boss,no idea.But people for whom status got changed anytime should get the invitation as per icici process.
I have status changed to "Applied" but i do not see specialization field below it.... 😞

I got the joining letter yesterday eveining. Attended interview @ Chennai on 10th August.
That was 2nd attempt. 1st time, dint get thru the GD.
wat's the total count they r taking this time ??? In last batch 90 were selected n 76 came to join the course finally..
