Hello Ravi,
Yes, some people got selection letters from Infy on 27th. Most of them got letters that they cannot be offerred employment in Infy and after a while they got letters that the previous letter was sent erroneously to them asking them to ignore it. Some of them got the offer letter the same day. Some other didn't (I am one of them). So, by this time you might got the mails and hoping that you go the confirmation letter too.

I need some one to help me out of this enigma.
I wrote Infy exam on 3rd July ay Hyd. and the interview on 4th. I recieved email on 27 th that I cannot be offerred employment at Infosys. And within an hour or so I recieved another letter from Infy saying that the previous mail was sent erroneously asking me to ignore that mail. Further I didn't recieve any mail from them. Some of my friends who got similiar mails got an offer confirmation letter the same day. Can any one help me out on what should I do about this? Can I be assured that I will be sent an offer letter or can I call them about my status..?
If so to which campus whould I call and the phone numbers .. please reply ASAP.

I wanted to know if Infy has any cut-off ? I hear it is 65% in bglr , but mine is only 62.3%
Can someone help in this regard ? Any infy employees out here who knows about the the HR things that happen at Infy ?
I am not from Mumbai University as well ,so just wanted to know if I really stand a chance at joining Infy ?
Also can anyone temme if there aer 60-65% in infy from non-mumbai univ .

takin bout special priviage 4 mca students over BE.. i dont tink its the case in infy recruitment..bt i will like to get sure frm others too on this regard..i m sayin coz..in my college while recruitmnt..mca ppl were given the same sal structure as us.i.e BE guyz!!
and ya..i tink infy is really psychic bout 65 % mark..i m sayin psychic..coz..they dint entertained ppl with 64.8% in my college 
so..this is or i 'd say this ws the case(as its 1 yr already) while campus..cant say the scenario in off campuses!!
nd talkin of offcampuses..it ws really fun to read bout errenous letter bein sent by infy..have they gone mad...sounds crazy!!

not to worry to abt the call of infy....myself working in infy (hyd) ...right now posted in bang...so can tell u surely ....everybody gets a call from iny who have been selected ..within 3 months u'll surely get it...just enjoy ur these days....becos u r going to face a 3 months training in mysore ?(if ur a non comp engineer)... come n feel the thrilling beauty of ths great cmpny.....

by % i meant the normal graduation % nd not their test %
i dont tink hw much % u scorein the test is an issue..u know..point is if u get more marks in their test..of puzzle nd reasoning..its a problem..coz..they will retest u with more puzzles nd all..

nothin to worry mam..infy ppl know..how to make people wait...nd they are really good in it..its jst 6 dayz for u mam..in our case..( i will quote again..campus..no idea..if off campus follwz same) we had letter after 40 dayz..nd joinin details and all..aftre some 6 mnths..
just tink..i ws sel in may 04..nd will join dem in sept 05!!
so..i hope..u will feel relaxed a bit..
bt ya..i will like to sugg u..better look 4 other opp meanwhile..if u can...

Some of my friends got offer letters on the same day, but i am still waiting for that.. Can you help me outof it..? Whenever I call Infy(I called twice), B'lore, I am redirected to some answering m/c (I think) and a message saying that the mail box is full try another one. Please Mohit, guide me through this one.. as you are working at Infy. Please.

i have just 63% in engg (elecronics) , though 80+ in 10th and 12th.
i have a friend of mine whose is currently gone onsite , and he said he'll send a referral .
should i ask him to send it in a jiffy or mayb wait for a month ?
