thanks buddy....reject is not a problem...but a clear picture is required from them... people have different perceptions of not having an interview itself...some think they might get one in R2,....so ISB needs to be clear...

I think your different profile helped....im from the IT area....so can understand why ISB not calling...ISb usually targets 3-5 exp group in a majority so that they can show great increase in salary percentage in their annual reports..which obviously helps in ranking...

but yes they also need to maintain a diverse class....and you have a different profile....so that helps :)

@banerjee.mamata none of the schol guys have got any emails. I spoke to Adcom and they said schol offer letters will be rolled out by EOD..which could again mean around 9 pm :(

I am in the same boat :). But I think my problem is I am having high experience >8 years and earning salary >30L, which more than avg. outgoing salary of ISB.

GMAT: 720, Intl Exp - 5years

you are absolutely correct my friend....on a lighter note, ISB couldn't afford to take you and get their figures down..
