Since there is no spreadsheet for R2 applicants, I have floated 1.. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhVf0XdRszDhdEZWTTRjS003NFprbXZrM3VTWXZ2enc
requesting all r2 candidates to fill in there details..
@MBAspirant10 Done, thanks for initiating it. Do spam this thread once a day and remind R2 applicants to fill it up :D
My 1st reco got submitted on 4th dec and 2nd reco on 5th dec! Poor mee..had lazy recommenders!! i had to remind them so many times to fill in my recommendations!!
@MBAspirant10 I was in a bit scary situation when my mentor actually called me up on 3rd December and informed me that he never received an email from ISB asking him to evaluate me! Luckily I got things sorted out on the very same day but he submitted the reco on 4th December. Fingers crossed now :)

y is this thread so dead now??
btw..can anyone with IT profile share his interview experience? pls plsssssssssss
@MBAspirant10 @MissWorld @raghupro : Puys, what is the significance of building a profile sheet?
I feel it would lead to unnecessary comparisons and anxiety which we should be wary of esp. when app submission date is over and i/v calls are awaited.
@delatpg u can take it the other way as well!! for eg, u can get in touch with people of same profile and prepare for interview together or may be share questions etc.
@delatpg It gives you a high level aspect of what kind of profiles are making it to the interview and who are getting selected.
We all already know the kind of profiles that ISB applicants have so no point in getting anxious or nervous about it. :)
@MBAspirant10 : if that's the case then why include the measurable like GMAT score,work-ex years etc. ??
@delatpg Do not fill the columns you do not wish to share.. I personally think there is no harm in sharing as all the apps are already submitted and there is no point comparing yourself with others... Its just good to know someone is in the same boat as you are... hence those columns...
@raghupro : exactly my point, it does not gives you holistic picture about a profile including only tangible factors and not the intangibles such as the quality of work ex, the response to the essays, overall resume etc. which affects calls for i/v and admits. With the limited info in the sheet, the comparisons would not be right.
