Dude...you are absolutely right. I for one, stopped visiting because of the shitty discussion going for the past few days. I hope better sense prevails as the countdown for the D-day begins.

No... It will come on 15th only.... Normally emails start coming around 5-6PM

people declining offers and staying hopeful.....that itself reflects a lot......with a new campus and intake increasing by 40%, a little turbulence is bound to happen...be it in rankings or placements but what matters is the way ISB community reacts to it and i must say it is doing a great job at that.....

i read so many things , THEY JUST DIDNT ASK , BAAAHHHH
they wer so casual , didnt look like they were interested at all

As mentioned by fellow puys it is evident that students are optimistic or let us say confident of themselves to bag a better/suitable offer. I came across few students who were not placed due to various reasons and went abroad to seek better employment. This is a common scenario in every top bschool. European schools for that matter do not indulge in the practice of campus placements but provide contacts to students to earn a job. With the maturity one has after such a highly regarded program, one is expected to sell oneself better. So like said by others it is absolutely alright given the challenges ISB had this year and an increase of 30% in batch size is challenging to deal with.
Drawing an ad analogy: One doesn't simply buy a bournville....:)

I haven't yet come across a person who is completely satisfied with the way his interview went. We always have a better way of "thinking" things but "doing" is a different ball game. :)
Finally, if someone is interested in your leadership abilities don't you think they were genuinely interested in your profile?
Everyone has been through the same, I had no questions on my essay & other things I read. Simple general 20 minutes talk with some technical questions related to my workex.. very few n basic..

i completely agree.....if you can sell it to ISB and the likes,you can sell it to companies for desired role at least.....
How much is the weight given to ur GMAT score if u have a great acads and also a good interview?..I have a low GMAT score..but good acads and also a good interview
I would be a silent observer as this forum is for Co. 2014 and not my targeted session. Just one advice for all those friends who are taking a loan for ISB, please do not forget to claim deduction for the interest paid on ur education loan. I have many friends specially IT background who have screwed up and paid additional taxes running upto couple of lakhs . Please be beware,and don't think of it as a spam or troll.

@p.neha don't worry!! this is their strategy to trouble us 😃 😃 now i'll tell u what wud happen.. u'll keep thinking abt ur i/v day in day out...until u start feeling "oh..u messed it up so badly" and then believe me they may even land up in ur dreams to give u a nightmare.. and then gradually all of us will become ur bestest frens..sailing in the same boat... then there will be gunnerforlife to trouble u even more...
u r still lucky.. u have to go thru this only for 9 more days... there r ppl like me suffering this from the past 1 month!!..
start the countdown.. and it will b easy to while away the days.. (tip from one of my puy frens
