@punters11 ...Updated the spreadsheet with my details. One more theory : From the spreadsheet and general chit chat in the forum it seems ppl (llike me) with gmat The ones who are already interviewed may pls chip in and share their thoughts and experiences on this.
haha....the penchant to come up with a theory never goes out of fashion on ISB thread......fyi GMAT scores are not available to the i/v panel to keep the i/v unbiased....and hence this theory cannot be worked out...
Does the adcom provide an early decision in case there are any pressing circumstances for a candidate? Based on what I have heard, they just dont entertain any such requests
@p.neha don't worry!! this is their strategy to trouble us now i'll tell u what wud happen.. u'll keep thinking abt ur i/v day in day out...until u start feeling "oh..u messed it up so badly" and then believe me they may even land up in ur dreams to give u a nightmare.. and then gradually all of us will become ur bestest frens..sailing in the same boat... then there will be gunnerforlife to trouble u even more...u r still lucky.. u have to go thru this only for 9 more days... there r ppl like me suffering this from the past 1 month!!.. start the countdown.. and it will b easy to while away the days.. (tip from one of my puy frens )
@delatpg ...I know gmat scores are not available to to the panel. But the panels could be set up according to the gmat scores (and some other factors) of the applicants. Generally grilling is panel specific and not interviewee specific.Hence the thought.
Theories are for killing time (sick leave today).
BTW whats ur gmat? 700? and was ur interview grilling or not? (need more data points to validate my theory)

The purpose of keeping the GMAT score away from i/v panel is lost if they are set-up on the very same base...... i have a GMAT >700 and was not grilled but the guy after me in the same panel had same GMAT score and was grilled, baked and roasted.......
@delatpg ..thanks for your input...but different sorts of filtering of the spreadsheet available somewhat hints to what I postulated :-).I can obviously be wrong here.Still its fun!
@AnMbaAspirant To add to what @delatpg has posted, the panel does not have access to your GMAT and also Acads. GMAT & Acads are to judge whether you will be able to cope with the rigor of coursework at ISB.
Regarding your theory. Think about it from the interview's point of view. They conduct approximately 25 interviews in a day. Its only logical that they conduct it differently for some candidates

One of the adcom member did tell me that if a case merits an exception they might dole out an early decision. However, when i tried it officially i was denied sighting reasons that they would need all the i/v to be over to come up with a merit list.....
ppl in Noida, waiting for 15th Feb.....let's meet up this Sat/Sun for coffee....discuss abt our interviews/ISB et al to ease of our minds and bid some time till 15th.....what say?
