Firstly the SP Jain Exec MBA allows me to learn a lot no doubt but as far as its market value is concerned it is low compared to a full time MBA..I do not get to sit for any campus recruitment (as i am being sponsored by company). A full time MBA after this from ISB will allow me to expand my chances in terms of new career options.

Painting awards at Oracle

Helped in preparing a ppt for a client and won the client for Oracle.(Helped my organization directly wining business)
Rated among the best in my team at Oracle
Impart training to the new recruits.
Thank you for your reply I would work on the fields you highlighted.
Your response was very helful, thank you very much for the same.

@TheMask03 said:and then move on further till the decission making head positions in an organization, but when i said this in the interview, they just pounced on me and said you can read books and do courses and directly apply for the position in companies as MBA is not pre requisite for technology consultants.

You need to be clear on short/long term goals. Kindly let me know more about your acads. With the given information, you must aim for 700+ GMAT score. Your chances in b-schools will depend on skillfully written application essays and demonstrating professional achievements, leadership traits and other aptitudes during final interviews. You can try your chances in b-schools by clicking http://goo.gl/em5DX
Also recommend to write your GMAT by mid-June, so that you have sufficient time to devote on essays.
Let me know in case of other queries. You can PM your number to discuss over your profile or selection of b-schools.
