what does that mean?
Are the references to be sent by mail or through some online link

Mine is not finalised yet and the date in not nov,but dec 4th.I would only go if I get an admit,otherwise I don't see any reason of squeezing my pocket to embarrass myself.:-(

there is no text box to add email of my refree
so i need to mail the form myself to refree and then he will fill it and send it to Ivey
is it like that?
I mean college will not directly send the mail as it happens with other colleges?

yeah, unlike other schools, you have to mail the form to your referees. they fill it up and mail it back to ivey.

When I login to the IVEY application form and then click on 'Enter Application' under On-Line Application section , the application does not appear instead 'Internet explorer cannot display the webpage' appears.
Is anyone else facing the same issue. Also, can we enter application only after we upload our resume?
Also, it will be helpful if anyone can provide me the standard format for the resume that should be used for B-schools.

I would suggest you to clear cookies and temporary files
or may be try opening your app in other browser like mozilla or google chrome.
And we can enter app without uploadin resume as there are diff sections for it
that section is just to give you an idea that whether you are the right "fit" for the college

The application opens up on HTTPS port 444 (not the default 443). In case you are accessing the application from a corporate network, check if your network disallows access through this port (most corporate networks do).
Try accessing the application from a home/private network.

if you're still having problems, then i think you're better off using the explorer. I used to have the same problem, but managed to take care over it whenever I switch from firefox to explorer when accessing my online application.

and if i send them these material by post
what all do i need to specify on the envelop apart from my name and address?
is there any application number or something else that i need to mention?
1) Will be getting the package in about 10 days.
2) I am still not sure

No need to send the supporting materials parallely.When you submit the application,you get a notification that you need to sedn your resume by email to and ID(i dont remember with 48 hrs or so).Also the transcripts are to be snail mailed within 5days of sbmission of the application.My suggestion is you can keep them ready and mail once u hit the submit button.
In envelope,mention your name and address and nothing else is required.Do mail the MBA admission office with the tracking number once you mail.

Still no package. Got the official email about 4-5 days ago with a congrats for the 2011 admit. It said once the dates for the 2011 class are finalized (dont know how long that takes), a final package will be sent. I will update you when I get it!
