Hi! I had applied in Round 2 just a couple of days before the deadline. Got interviewed on 26th Nov and got a call from Niki today. Do you guys know if the scholarship information is provided on the phone itself or it comes in the admissions package? Moreover, when does the application package arrives after Niki's call? My states - M/29/680GMAT/8 years experience/strong extra-curricular.
Thanks to all for the wonderful information compiled in this thread. I might be a little late in the game ..... I woke up late for 2010 applications... I realized even later to apply for IVEY .... I intend to apply in R3 (jan 4 deadline). I have a couple of questions:
1) Do you think I still stand a chance while applying in R3? 2) On the essay 2: Describe why you believe you will be successful in the Ivey case study environment. What are they specifically looking for?

1) I am sure there are no Oracles in this forum who can help you on this. It really depends on your profile. If it helps, consider talking to some of the admits in this thread (http://www.pagalguy.com/discussions/ivey-mba-spring-2010-applicants-25047040) to figure out how to improve your chances. 2) The case study approach is not for everyone. Ivey wants to know how well you fit in this environment.
Got the official acceptance offer package before hearing from the admissions team. I was away on a beach vacation and the first thing that i was told on touch down was that the package had arrived at home. Frankly the suspense had dampened the vacation a bit. A nice culmination though :). Look forward to April 2010.

Congratulations, damroo. Your profile (http://www.pagalguy.com/forum/international-indian-mba-schools-accepting/40878-fall-2010-aspirants-185.html#post1761018) stands apart!
Hi Puys Was on a vacation Got waitlisted by Ivey , I hope to hear back from them soon as generally student visa takes a lot of time (still optimistic) 😃
Need some help regarding my Ivey application. I'm almost done with my application and plan to submit it by 4th of Jan. However I have a few questions that I need to get answered before I complete my application. Will really appreciate if someone can help me get an answer to these:
1. I took my GMAT on 30th Dec, 2009. Though my official score report should reach Ivey in about a week, I still do not have the AWA score. So what do I mention in the application form? My overall GMAT score is 710 (92%) - Q49 (87%), VA37 (80%). 2. By when can I send the official transcripts from my college? Can these be sent even after I submit my application on 4th of Jan? 3. I suppose the references can be submitted to Ivey till one week after the application deadline. Is this correct? One of my managers is on vacation since past 1 month due to medical emergency and is expected to return next week.
I guess I am late to reply but would answer your questions and see if it helps you at this stage:
I will answer qstn 2 and 3. Qstn 2) Ideally all your documents should reach IVEY by 4th Jan. However, I sent them an email if there is a workaround for this. They indicated that I can submit the application however at least the Transcripts (soft copy) and GMAT score (Soft copy of unofficial report would do) should be sent to them via email to: [email protected] for them to initiate the application process. Having said this, all your documents should reach IVEY withing a week of submitting the application form.
Qstn 3) Yes, the references can be sent within a week. However, It is recommended to send as soon as possible.

Thanks Pritesh! This really helps. I also did sent a mail to Niki and Heather and received their responses before I submitted my application. They said I can send my transcripts soon after the application submission but didn't mentioned any timelines. One question: Incase I anticipate a delay from the university, can I send self attested copies of my marksheets and degree? Will they count in any way? Please let me know.
As for references they said I can submit them by next week.
Hi I am sorry that I bring bad news but I was strictly indicated the foll in the email: --- Please note that we require transcripts, not mark sheets. ----- Cheers Pritesh Vora

I have been a silent follower of this thread for quite some time. I had been waitlisted at Ivey Rd2. I have just sent my mail to the Adcom, asking them to take me off the waitlist since i would not be joining Ivey. Got admission into cornell with some scholarship so would be pursuing that.
