Chill...two years is still a lot of time....but if you do want to start...I would suggest solve a CAT paper or two....preferably 2006, 2007....dont worry if you get horrendous scores....analyse where you are weak..and start working on it....
hey kolkata,
DO we have a TIME mock tomorrow? Can somebody tell me the timing please.. shall be giving the exam at park street !!
HELP !!
Hey frnds...this is the first time I'm appearing 4 cat.I dnt have time to go 4 ne coaching classes as I'm working in a IT company. So,I've collected previous years MOCK TEST PAPERS from TIME IMS CL & few study materials.
While solving these papers,I'm ABLE TO SOLVE ONLY AROUND 33-36 OUT OF 60....AMONG THEM ONLY 22-25 COMES OUT TO B CORRECT.
But I'm not able to fetch ne info regarding where do I stand in my preparation. So if anyone appearing for any mock tests ,plz mention HOW MANY DID U ATTEMPT,HOW MANY OF THEM WERE RIGHT/WRONG.Or if u have ne idea about how much do we need to solve for getting good percentile, then reply...

plzzz sugest me some colleges for mba in WB
Swayambhu, I guess Allan has already answered your query...
Priyanka, calculate your percentage considering all subjects, including your optional elective...if not mentioned otherwise...and for %, DGPA*10 is what most people do...
perthchat....search the previous PG mock threads by the test number...you'll get to know the marks of most people who actually appeared for the test....but 35 attempts is a bit low in a standard paper if u ask me...try attempting more...
@[509175:S.K.S] Actually in West Bengal University there is a hidden rule of calculating Percentage = (DGPA-0.75)*10......so any guys from WBUT or any of your friends have any idea regarding this percentage conversion......some are of the opinion of DGPA*10 and some of (DGPA-0.75)*10.
