Can somebody tell me the USP of Fore , what makes it different from all the other colleges?
In my opinion (and this is just personal opinion. Others will differ) USP of FORE is its location itself - Delhi.
Being in Delhi and that too having institutes like IIFT, IMI, IITD etc also nearby makes it very advantageous as far as placements are concerned. And also related to teaching, we have visiting faculty who go to all these colleges. So it adds value.
Seniors all ready to pass out. Waiting for final exams which starts by mid March. And juniors i.e. us all ready to take on the reins in the various committees and other activities. 
We are also waiting for this trimester to end and go out into the industry for the summer internships and get first hand experience of working in corporate world. 
Meanwhile student council President/Vice-President elections are going on. Its gonna be a very tight competition with 10 candidates. :cheers:
Sessions are also becoming hectic. We have 10 papers (5 full credit and 5 half credit) this trimester and exams begin by March 25th. So getting into last 1 month, we have all projects, assignments, presentations etc loaded on to us. 😞
Days are passing by and we are coming closer to end of our MBA course. Exam date sheet has been declared and 24th is the last day.
Recently we had 2 class trips to Rishikesh and Jim Corbett National Park. Awesome trips. For pics kindly visit my FB account
Now it seems like we had just started the classes yesterday only. almost 20 months are gone and it still feels like a newbie here in college. Everybody seems a bit emotional in the classes, which are about to end in a few days.
Official farewell is on 5th March. Looking forward to have a grand farewell

World cup fever is full on here
people talking about matches and FPL from breakfast to dinner. Everybody is engrossed in cricket.
The dates of our research project presentation and viva has been declared. Mine is on 14th March. The major part of this trimester is this project only so a bit serious affair
Attended a PG meet yesterday after a long time. Met SGS, IMC, Virus, Fanta and others. Watched India-Eng match in Castle 9
My research project is about to complete so plenty of time to waste now a days...
Meanwhile GDPI process for the batch 2011-13 is in full flow. Nice to see aspirants in the campus

Now officially no kaam till exam time...full time masti aur kya...classes are almost over of every subject. People are having fun time but now feeling a bit sad that the college days are about to over 😐

1. wat about the placement statistics?? in terms of average and highest compensations offered??
2. are multiple offers encouraged??
3. Some details on senior's industry penetration...i.e what profiles did ur seniors enter the industry and where have they reached currently?? wats their profile and pay-packs after 3, 5-6 yrs and if possi 10 yrs alumni's dets also....
4. what kind of support is given to students who want to go entrepreneurial....??...any of ur alumni's, seniors who have ventured out??
is there s a entrepreneurship and incubation cell in ur campus?

Probably I myself would answer it there (or maybe someone else), but then it would avoid a clutter in all the threads and have the right stuff at right place so that future aspirants also find it easy to locate what they're looking for.
Today all almost all committees declared their junior coordinators and deputy cords. Presidential election has been held and results are awaited.
I short preparation for our send off is in full flow
Our farewell is on 8th march. Looking forward for it

FORE Alumni Network (FAN), Corporate Interaction Division (CID), Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), FORETech, FOREword, ANTAR, FORE Sports Division (FSD) and Think Tank are the committees
FORE Career Division (FCD) and Nexus yet to declare their coord and dep coord.
President and Vice President of Student council also elected. A very tough competition saw the Vice president being elected by a lead of 0.5 vote!! (Each person had to giv 2 preferences in their vote. 1st pref = 1 point, 2nd pref = 0.5 points)
Happy as well as sad day of my life...
Happy bcoz I've been name coord of Team ANTAR, the CSR committee
Sad bcoz one of my best friends and my group mate in projects lost the presidential election.. 😞 :(
Now waiting for a grand party on farewell day...March 8th...

Did I stop u from solving queries ? and directing people to right threads is as imp as solving queries
I just said go to respective threads to solve aspirants queries. This thread has a different purpose and not solving queries. And yes we are more happy to have a super senior here

Just back from the farewell party of The FORETech committee, my committee A dinner party with all the senior and junior members. With this party the baton is passed on to juniors completely

With every passing day the MBA journey is coming to an end. We had last class test today before the end term starts. To our surprise prof asked us to write any 2 questions which we think we know the best.
And guess wat...everyone was damn confused ki likhe kya somehow I managed to write :thumbsup:
We have our farewell tomo...still not decied what to wear...waise bhi :drinking:is more imp :lookround:
A few more classes are left and we are enjoying these classes more than anything else
And finally the farewell 2011 is over...officially we have departed from college now and the corporate life is

Official farewell for the batch of 2011 was yesterday.
Though the party had to be stopped abruptly when people were just starting to enjoy it, had a fun time. Seeing the seniors partying hard, and waiting to enter the corporate life makes me think of the same day 1 year later.
I don't want to leave college
Meanwhile admissions cycle in full swing. Waiting expectantly till June to be seniors officially!
Life going on (ab)normal other than that. 
Everyone waiting for end term exams to get this trimester over with. It has been one BIG hell with 10 papers. And it promises to be even more worse with the project submissions and presentations lined up for the last week before exams start on March 25th.
