Time keeps flying away.. There is an understandable reason why the thread is not viewing posts from most of us.The reason being our hectic schedules at respective organizations undertaking our summer trainings Whether it is a lack of time management or absence of time for most of us is something which is unknown..hehe..considering it was a full two month summer training but I would agree it was a much needed break for all of us some of whom got quality time with our respective families,friends n closed ones All in all, it was a pretty good time to fly awayhaha..but at the same al geared up to start afresh for Sem3 n al n probable excitement associated with it Personally for me, the activity of this two months were worthwhile as it engaged me in learning of various dimensions And looking fwd to a more challenging learnings ahead in Sem3well that too of all dimensions..hehe:w00t: SIESCOMS here I come

We just got off from our respective summer internships' n hav been treatd with a host of learnings frm diverse subject mattrs..Learning hard to keep up with the world coz it not so easy at it sounds..well all I cn say is dat the future is lind up with lots of new wisdom to b xplord..Way to go SIESCOMS
When you are studying for a test, try to start studying early enough (in the day or in the week) so that you can get a full night's sleep ...This is wot we B-school stu hav been hearin rite frm childhood days frm our parents, elderly n professors'...
But nw most of us r aquiantd wid everyday learnin coupld with fun at our school n its fr sure studying early from day1 itself...
What makes say al dis crap is the nostalgia dat I feel wen I see the juniors in campus havin fun coupld with n xperience calld 'Learing Management' n dat too at SIESCOMS...

Oh yes all this r truely memories fr sure..sum hav been retaind n sum fortunate r recalld time n agn..the only way to hold on to thngs is to cherish evry moment of bein at SIESCOMS..:grin:
I am really excited seeing all u guys write about ur experience in SIESCOMS... I am from the 09-11 and in the past month since our class started it has been a wild ride... The entire month seems like a blur .... Not a single day was a normal college day .... Each day felt like a new experience... From the corporate interactions to Career counselling to the personality tests to the presentations and ...oh well... the lectures 😛 ... Its only now that the college is closed for a week(on account of all colleges and schools being asked to close cos of the swine flu) that I have got time to take a breather and catch up on some studying ....

OMG!! Its jus been the longest that I hav been er away from PG. but Good 2 be back on this Thread..Work takes 2 much time away. But I miss a lot of those days very sorely . (Specially the chillin out part!!!).. None of those at HDFC Bank...
on a more serious note..its a diff world @work...ruthless yet easy...lots of learning..sum gr8 ppl...so far so good...

on a vry solid note ..Look at 2 things ..a Strong brand... and sum1 who can show you a rough career growth of 2-3 yrs.. Dont be domain( marketing/finance/sales/branding) or sector specific ...wat u mite b askin on campus mite well be wat u'll not end up doin!!
Back the Placements team..offer help in case of personal contacts..Companies r showin signs of hiring bak... yet cautious.. Keep ur Basics vry strong ...
