Hi Everyone,

This is the first message which i am posting in Pagalguy itself....
I got through SIIB with a final merit rank of 28....
To tell u abt my results in detail....
I had a Snap score of 86.25 ...... My initial GD/PI ranking was 484....
And now a final rank of 28....Isnt it cool....
Further i will be having some 11-12 months of work experience by the time i join....That is 3 months
at Accenture and 8-9 Months at Infoys....
I guess Work ex really made a big differece when it came to PI....
i managed to scan all the threads of SIIB posted in Pagalguy
within 2 hours....
I just had a query if there is any International Placement at SIIB...??
because for 2005 passouts the Highest pay given in the Time4education.com site
was some 17lakhs..
Thanks to Neelabh he solved most of my queries......

hey saurabh i do feel that scmhrd and siib have a common( if not common then they are adjacent) campuses.....and yeah...when u look at the websites of siib and scmhrd......both show the same campus ...........................neelabh dude....enlighten the junta.....

there are three institutes in Symbiosis Infotech Campus,Hinjewadi and those are - SCIT,SCMHRD and apna SIIB .there is enough space for all the colleges to operate optimally.tc

i see pple are already quite disturbed by the low girls to boy ratio
well all i can say is tht SIIB also has institutes like scmhrd,scit and iiit nrby.also there are places like infosys,wipro and tata tech nrby whch probably broadens our options.
Since i wanna spend 2 yrs at siib without ne ...hmmm...internal distractns probably these places would be better to look out for.

PS:-yes we at pg are proudly shameless

Could any one please tell me the avg salary talked about at siib is how close to the median salary. And does Siib take in to account the foriegn placements also while taking out the the avg salary figure.

Coz there are some offers around 11-12 lacs (domestic)
and if the avg salry figure falls at 5 lacs then there is lot of scope that majority offers fall much below 5 lac mark.

i shall be grateful if someone clears the doubts and also lets us know the lowest salary offered and the number of students who fall in this range out of the total batch.

hope................ but do not count on it ...........coz as far as my luck goes with the gals till now( still hoping to convert my waiting into a confirmed admission)........i dunn think the ratio is gonna b even 1:3.......i guess its gonna b sumthing like.........1:10................till then...
