no way u are nt suppose to sign in the acknowledgement part of the form
that will be returned to you...the guy accepting the form will put his signature in that place....

u are applying online bt still u hvto send the form to the dept itself....once u register online u will get a mail and then u hvto take a printout of the same and fill the necessry details.......
sign in the declaration space and also on the 2 copies of the admit card...no sign on the acknowledgment card...that space is nt for u.....
if thats the case...then go for it...

All I can tell you is once you clear the 1st hurdle i e Entrance,then you can worry about the GDPI.As of now just focus on your entrance....

do we have to clear the overall cut offs to get shortlisted or is there a
separate
cut off for each section ( like 50 percentile requirement in each section in FMS)
The Dept has not explicitly mentioned any specific yardstick on cut offs but I guess one should maintain a strong balance in all section,however if your extremely good in a particular section,it could also be a plus point.

Also in Du, besides FMS, GBO, DSE and (MBE & MFC) , is there any other MBA exam???
Under the umbrella of DU,the above mentioned courses including MIB/MHROD are the only MBA variants offered.

someone must have given you a wrong picture.please refer to the prospectus and placement brochure on the site.

well if i may take liberty of asking a question that does mbe course gives heavy emphasis on quant ??? m ok with basics but when there is heavy dose of pnc and high level maths like ex game theory ..my head goes for spin..though i do accept the fact that maths is language of logic .. but higher order derivatives are not something m very comfortable with ??? do we need to have really master these topics to excel ... in mbe course m assuming if a guy gets selcted ????

Also, i wanted to know the toughnessof the entrance test n comparision to SNAP or MH-CET (Maharashtra's CET). Also, is there anyway I can get the test papers of previous years? Please let me know.

Please take a bit pain of searching on this thread.Question paper has been uploaded before.Have a look on that and then compare it with MHCET level since I didn't wrote this exam last year.Its tougher than SNAP though as you know there are high maths questions in MBE paper.
Changes are expected this season,so familiarise yourself with MBE and MFC last year paper 😃

This year,there is joint entrance for both.Since last year both had seperate entrances.Just do bit searching on this thread,you would find previous year papers for both.

First of all my appreciation for taking out time from ur busy schedules and helping us out.
I am a BE(IT) final year student. Since last 1-2 years I have developed my keen interest in Economics. It gives me a lot of fun to study how different macro and micro factors affect Buisness environments and creates new opportunities.
Now, some queries about the course
1. Given my interest does it makes sense to go for MBE or MBA? I have read shruti's introduction to this thread regarding MBE and i feel strongly about this course, still it would be of great help if seniors could shed some more light on it?
2. Even if MBE teaches how to apply economics in designing strategies,creating new opportunities.....etc Does the company's coming to ur campus since last 2-3 years , offers the same profile in which we can apply what we have studied in MBE or does they offer the same Finance/HR/Marketing profile as they do in top 25 B-
schools?
3.It is a misconception/conception among many top Bschool aspirants that except for FMS, all other colleges in DU and other Government colleges offer less corporate-industry interaction than the top25-30 B schools? where does the MBE stands in this aspects?
