26august, doc verification started at 8.45( do take photo copy of of your id) , it's on the fourth floor, washroom is also on the 4 floor,interviews started sharp at 9, they gave us list to arrange our documents accordingly, after that filled t a forms were collected, tea was served twice along with biscuits( Monaco biscuits), lunch was provided at 1 pm( chapatis, rice, yellow Chana dal, aloo matar, raita, salad and after that fruit salad). My interview was 17th of the total 24 candidates

1. what r u doing after passing in 2013.( preparing for civil services)
2. Why u left civil eng( my graduation degree).
3. Optional in civil services.(geography).
4. What is South China Sea dispute.
5. Will China be effected by international pressure.
6.what r rrbs, their area coverage, stakeholders in rrb, Kisan credit card limit and interest, if u r a rrb bank manager how will u decide how much loan must be given to a farmer, cost per acre for growing any crop per season, if two crops or more than how much will be total cost.
7. What r shg and their scenario in Punjab( my home state).( I don't know about Punjab scenario)
Now a speech of Montek Singh Ahluwalia regarding agricultural marketing was played on screen and subsequent questions were asked
8. Who is the person delivering the speech.
9.which factor he said in speech is doubly important ( I could not recall and asked them to play the speech again and they didi that).
10.why marketting is doubly important.
11. What r the problems in agricultural marketing.
12. What is gov's food retail policy.

inervier was for 15-20 min, questions were like rapid fire but gave enough time to reply, I could only answer 50% of their questions and clearly said I don't know the answer for many questions.

can we make changes in the bio data form that we mailed to them.... or will they not accept the form then?
do we have to speak strictly in english while speaking, can I speak in hindi in between to make my point clearer??

Those who have given interviews, how much time is spent in documents to be arranged according to the specified order and in the subsequent verification? Also, if someone remembers the basic order of documents, please share it so that the remaining candidates can take their docs arranged in that order, in advance.
Is there any cut off for interview? Please guys it has been almost one week but no satisfactory reply provided by any of our group membr

Interview Experience: ● Sent to the doc. verification room (4th floor) at 10:30 AM (in order of the list of interviewees for the day, mine being exactly in the middle). Doc. verification got over at 11.45 AM (the person verifying the docs took a break in between, offering some toffees to the ones present in the room). ● Called to wait in line for interview at around 12 PM, outside the conf. hall (interview room, 3rd floor). ● Interview duration: 20 minutes (20 for the one before me, 25 for one prior to that and 15 for the one after me - met him during lunch (2nd floor); otherwise, not allowed to stay after the interview. ● Panelists: 3 wearing suits, sitting in the middle (all three asked questions and participated in the discussion), 2 in shirt & trousers, on both sides of the middle ones (very less participation), 1 lady in Saree (no participation, whatsoever). ● Questions: More in the nature of a generic discussion, not the typical Q&A session. ● Areas: Related to academic qualification and how it can be of use in NABARD, leading to a newspaper article - reading & comprehension (without giving much time to think / analyse). ● Surprise elements: There were good day biscuits along with Monaco. And that 20 minutes flew by during only 2 questions (discussions). ● Trivia / Funny elements: Panelist-1 saying - "मेरे पास फ़ोकट का फ़ोन है, I mean फ़ोन फ़ोकट का नहीं है उसमें Internet फ़ोकट का है"; Panelist-2 joining him and saying "मेरे पास भी है, 11 महीने से FREE Internet use कर रहा हूँ" - flashing his iPhone up in the air. ● Giveaways: No suggestions / advice / tips. Just enjoy the interview discussion and have a good time. The panelists are loving it anyways. ☺
