Finally had my interview. Got grilled. Tried not to screw up. But God knows what will happen.
1. My interview centred around my present organisation only(cant reveal its name so dont ask me). And they came after me with it like they had any personal grudges and as if I was the policy in chief of The Most corrupt organisation in the world. Arey bhai mein chhota sa mulaazim hun jo apna kaam karta hai. But they were not willing to listen to my side that I am only a rule taker not giver. Agar itna hi pasand hota yahaan kaam karna to NABARD kyun aata.
2. Overall they looked dissatisfied with most of my answers. Probably had the shortest interview of the lot appearing today. None but 2-3 out of 6 membered panel grilled me mostly.
3. Nothing from past experiences. Nothing from civils prep. Had a slide shown and you gussed it right again relating to my field of work.
4. Key takeaways: To almost everyone else they seemed cool and setup was formal though quite comfortable. My advice: Quite subjective and no need to read much besides current affairs related bits. Do prepare your job profile seriously if you are working.

Is mains marks a decider in final selection? Bcoz we can see most of the people are not happy with the interview till now
I am having difficulties obtaining new OBC Certificate. Will they allow me to sit in the Interview with old one? Will I be allowed to appear interview if I have cleared cutoffs of unreserved category? HR is no longer receiving the calls.
Can anybody tell me whether they make any wait list and is there any chance to get a job for wait list student
What marks are given for an average
Candidates who had interview plz help me. If reporting time is 8 AM, at what time interview will be over (for last candidate with same reporting time)?

- being frank, talkative, outspoken, cracking jokes, laughing aloud infront of the panel

Is there any rule that they have to award min. 40%marks in interview???? Heard it somewhere. Is it true?
friends...dont get disappointed with the mains marks...
This is altogether a new year...new syllabus...new pattern...new conducting agency...so totally incomparable with that of last year (which was btw descriptive and marks were awarded without any transparency, by nabard itself)
I'm sure that even if you are at cutoff, u still have a chance if you can score 24/25 in interview (herculean but possible)
So just do your part and let God do his :)

Hey guys who have completed the interview. Do you know how many photocopies of the certificates we should get.
I realised from my interview today that it is heavily dependent on luck factor... they are to judge your body language, gesture, posture and will try their lvl best to catch u in the blue.. and the way they are seeking keywords and that too the words that they have in their head..fu***ng insane... bhai kya sixth sense judge krne baithey ho??
I don't think their is any relevance of interviews apart from seeing that the candidate can speak.. it is the way u put your thoughts in words that matters most, then the content... all the best...
