@ferocious002 haan yaar join to karunga he mein bas mein thoda bhaut janna chatha tha like promotion n salary...bcz thode din pahle meine kisi nicl comminuity ke administrator se poocha tha toh he was saying salary gonna increase in 2-3 months. and ismein upar ki kamayi bhi hai...so just wanted to chk wheather he was ryt or wrong???

hope so ........but dude i personally know sum of the guys who gave nicl interviews last year and they did well in interview .......but finally not selected , coz of less marks in written or other reasons ......so cant say nything until final results come out .......nyways ALL THE BEST TO U TOO.

Promotion slow hai(min. 4 years in each cadres) .....salary har 1 year me increase hogi ......(every 2 month your salary increases ...!!! ...doesn't it sounds odd ..........aisa increase to private sector me bhi nhi hota to phir yeh to govt/psu hai ........).........upar kamaai hai but initial years me nhi hai ...aage jaake bahut hai......aur abhi join krne se pehle hi uppari kamai ke bare me mat socho yaar ..........yeh to baad ki baatein hai ...........

true yaaar ........interview k tym i interacted with many guys and i was amazed to hear from them that they are using pagalguy secretly ,extracting interview experiences from here .......but wen it comes to post there experiences they are found no where ........so please guys ....if ur taking sumthing from here .......wen your turn comes dont hesitate to return .................i personally have read the interviews of many puys here and gained insight frm them .............so shared my own so that remaing people r benefitted .....even last person on 27 th sept could read sumthing frm here and might do well in interview..............finally jiska selection hona hoga wo to hoke hi rahega .......interview exp . share krne ya na kerne se bahut jada farak nhi padne waala........{50 marks me se lowest 22-25 and highest 35-38 hi rhega and generally mediocres(normal performance in interview) settles on the score of 28-30.....and i think sab normal to perform krte hi hai interview me}......so evrything is written marks.........

I got selected in Agriculture Insurance of India Limited For the post of IT Officer :)
Went for the interview at Delhi where found that only 5 general category candidates were called with me being one of them.... Generally the notion is governement sector services interview is not that rigorous . But its absolutely not true . They asked me every question related to small programming code ,Algo's ,OS q's as well as computer architecture Q's ...
So better go well prepared guys ...All the best for all your future endeavours.

for specialist category ..they are going to dig you deep dude ....but for generalist category its sumwat easy as compared to specialist ...........BTW THANKS for adding valuable info here

Thank bro.. So what do you think about now? I mean since the vacancies are increased, my interview went so-so and in written I dont remember how did I do....

Are you from general category? How do you calculate this ratio like someone said earlier that general candidates are being selected in ratio of around 1:3 and reserved categories 1:5... How do we get this figure? Is this this years' or through past experience?

You know... you were saying that people aren't sharing their experience, well that was quite expected. People wont risk their chance... they wont believe ki yahan share karne se chance kam nahi hoga.. its better you send message to people so that everyone doesnt read...

There were a lot of people in the beginning... a lot of them have disappeared... they dint share... that's something obvious yar...
