@Pratap29 said:@suraj121 AS FAR AS I HAVE NOTICED , NO ONE GOT BELOW 10 ... AND EACH MEMBER OF THE PANEL WERE SCORING DIFFERENTLY ...
I had my interview on 8 th of september in chennai. In total they called 34 candidates.I belonged to the 9:30 morning batch. In the morning batch in total 16 candidates were called , out of which only 2 candidates were absent. The panelists asked me only one question.
"Why do you want to leave SBI?"
I have joined SBI as a Probationary Officer. They said that the perks and facilities in SBI are much more when compared to NICL. Throughout the interview they asked me only this question and nothing else.
I replied to that question by saying that I am pretty much interested in the insurance sector and it is a challenging field to work when compared with the banking sector and added to spice it up by saying that in the previous 2 instances of NICL and UIIC recruitment I could not clear the written exam and that is why I had joined SBI as I was in need of a job at that time.
In the data sheet I had mentioned Hyderabad , Bangalore and Pune as my posting options. To which they have asked me that you won't be posted in these cities in your first posting itself and you may be required to work in remote areas. I said that I have already worked in very remote places during my stay in SBI and I have no problem to work wherever I am posted.
Then they asked me to tell about myself. I told them that I have done my B.Tech in Computers and explained to them in detail about my educational background and the occupation of my parents.
Not a single question was asked regarding insurance , General knowledge or current affairs.
I dont know whethemy interview went good or bad.
Thats it guys. CIAO.

@Gaurav1616 said:Thank bro.. So what do you think about now? I mean since the vacancies are increased, my interview went so-so and in written I dont remember how did I do....Are you from general category? How do you calculate this ratio like someone said earlier that general candidates are being selected in ratio of around 1:3 and reserved categories 1:5... How do we get this figure? Is this this years' or through past experience? You know... you were saying that people aren't sharing their experience, well that was quite expected. People wont risk their chance... they wont believe ki yahan share karne se chance kam nahi hoga.. its better you send message to people so that everyone doesnt read...There were a lot of people in the beginning... a lot of them have disappeared... they dint share... that's something obvious yar...
....so let the result decide that whether sharing interview experiences for others benefit is right or wrong , HENCE no comments from my side ,@Vikraanth said: I had my interview on 8 th of september in chennai.
