Which book are u people following for DI LR??? dnt say arun sharma..apart frm dat???Is there any nice comprehensive book?
I am doing only TIME material as of now..Will that suffice ?
@PallavSingh TIME material is good.......to begin with only.....and to develop minimum concept.......and arun sharma quants are only note worthy....and is a must.......for di/lr/va i would recommend pearson publisher nishit k sinha or arihant......dont go for arun shrama for di lr coz he dont explain the reason.....so useless

yes. as of now focus on grasping the concepts in funda books ... and understand each and every question thoroughly

i wud say .. pick previous year papers .. u will find many books on flipkart

i m in 6th sem ..and i have joined TIME...but my english and verbal sections are not so good and even the classes are so irregular..
is it necessary to buy any book for di/lr/va apart from the study material provided by the coaching institutes and previous papers/mocks?
IS it difficult to get admitted to IIMs(A,B,C) if having work experience in IT??

for VA complete the basics first ... start reading articles / newspapers ... and brush up ur grammar ...

not difficult .. but yeah u need a gud percentile first .. and a well structured reason for pursuing MBA .. also u need to show how u are better thn others ..
IT people are prefferd less ..but if u have something special in you .. no body willl deny u admission

extracurricular is given a gud weight age in many colleges .. and academics also
but to get an opportunity to showcase ur talent ... u need a flashy percentile ..

don't worry much about your 12th percentage. OBC NC category certificate may come to your rescue . 😃 Cut off can not be predicted about IIMs as they assign weightage to academic profile and work ex and other factor also.

As Ajai Sir Told me,
any full time work exp will be considered valid..the question will how is it relevant to your long term career plan or what did you learn in that work exp to help you in future..
basically depends on how u portray it..how u put it in words..and how confident you are.
your selection will depend on how you portray it as ur unique experience..what you learnt there that some others have not even if they have similar work exp

Yeah, definitely you are eligible for newer IIMs and IIM CL if you get 99.5+%tile .
And Few non IIMs colleges like MDi,XLRI,TISS,NITIE,NMIMS,IITs,SIBM,IIFT etc are also open for you..
