Work Experience- 15 Months (Working in Wipro Technologies).

Graduation- 85.5% (B-Tech in IT from Uttarakhand Technical University)

Intermediate- 74% CBSE Board

Xth- 85.8 CBSE Board

My CAT-2012 attempts are as follows-

Section 1 (QA/DI)- 15

Section 2 (VA/LR)- 28

Since I didnt take any coaching or gave any mocks I wasn't sure how many attempts I should have made. So I did only the ones I was sure of. With 7 days more days to go, things will get clear for me soon..

m currently dng btech (cse) 3rd yr nd hv joined CL

preparng fr CAT'13

My academics r:

10th-84%(ICSE)

12th-81%

Btech-85(% till now)

Do i hv ny chances to b in IIMs??

@Ammz Buddy you have 80+ throughout which is the requirement for IIM A call & many miss out here...So i guess that's great news for you [provided u clear the CAT cut-off OBVIOUSLY].... You should not expect calls from K,I,S,B [for your 10 & 12 marks]....Rest you should get safely if u clear cut-offs....So that makes it A,C,L,new IIMs for you 😃 best of luck :)

Yup, You stand chances for IIM A,C,L,I and newer IIMs providing you clear CAT cut off. Don't worry, concentrate on written now.

Sorry but my friend with almost same academic record (87% in 10th, 81% in 12th and 76% in B.tech) is now in IIM I.
And I think this profile is also good for IIM Shilong and IIM K as this puy has 85% in graduation. 😃 I think he stands chances for All IIMs..

Category: General.

X 80%

XII 65-70%

BA(Hons) Economics 75-80%...

the best colleges you may target are newer IIMs,IIM L, IIM C, FMS, MDI, XLRI, IIFT, NMIMS, JBIMS, TISS, IRMA, SIBM, SCMHRD, MICA, IIT Madras (it has opened its door for non engineering grads)..

Target any college you want. Except few top 2-3 all are within your reach. You have to just give your heart out and you will reach any college you want to.
