@DeAdLy Bhai u seem to have a long standing misunderstanding about the C call 😃 I think I saw ur post with a similar query about a B guy INEVITABLY getting a C call a few pages back 😃 Let me clear that misunderstanding once & for all, buddy-
First, plz go through reply 1092 (on pg 55 probably) to know the COMPOSITE SCORE CUT-OFF of C & How it is calculated....... There u will see that for C, PROFILE DOES NOT MATTER AT ALL!!! In C, there is NO DIFFERENCE b/w a guy with 83% in 10 and 12 & one with 93% (my case). If u have >81 in 10 & 12, u get 5 out of 5, plain & simple.... Now by simple quadritic equation, u will find that in order to get the reqd COMPOSITE SCORE (which was most probably 71.018 for a GENERAL+ MALE), one needs to have a CAT score of 303.xxx (which is 99.65). So no matter how awesome ur profile is, U will not get a call if u don't have 99.65% (for girls, 99.1)..
On the other hand, for B, ur OVERALL PROFILE ONLY matters once u clear the MINIMUM CAT CUT-OFF (which is not that much). Thats y u find a 94.56% guy get a call while a 99.98% BITS PILANI topper did'nt get a call because of 81 (or 78%, there was a confusion regarding this) in class-10 & a DOCTOR with 99.96 did'nt get a call inspite of 94 & 90 in class 10 & 12 respectively because of 69% in Graduation (which is a BIG task if u know the MBBS marking scheme) {acc to insideiim)
