Hi Shweta,

In the evaluation call letter,it has been asked to carry the original certificates for the evaluation.

I have my original certificates at my residence (Delhi) and I work at Bangalore.I suppose it would be too risky to get the certificates couriered.

Could you please let me know it is mandatory to carry the original certificates or there is some other way out?

It means that you have not been shortlisted for the evals but neither have you been rejected. The waitlist would be reviewed by the Admissions Committee from time time and students found suitable would be shortlisted for the evals

This should be fine provided you carry notarized and NOT self certified copies of your documents - pls also email [email protected] about this so that you do not face any problems during verification

i gt 94.68% in cat...i havnt filled up form fr s.p jain global mba untill nw....i dnt hav ne work ex....but hav alot of achievements...acads r also not sooo gud...i juz wanna knw if i ve a chance in sp jain...should i fill up d form....and wen..?

This is the msg flashing as my status . Wait List - Initial Screening.

Now i know what that means but the amazing part s I got a call for Logistics that last time i applied( for Dec08 batch). Could not go for evals due to some prob, this time I applied for ITM. I am still not able to figure out that how can this happen. Any insight will be of great help.

I have been shortlisted for the 7th Feb evaluation. I had few queries regarding the same:
1. Among the things to carry in the interview, call letter says, 12 self-addressed sticker labels. Could you please provide the context as in what would be these used for? Also is there any specific requirement of the size of the label etc. I am asking this because my address might change by the time I get admitted. Please clarify.
2. In case I do get through my evaluations, what would be the last date for the payment of the fees? Do I have to pay the complete fees at once or some initial deposit for the time being?

There are some typo errors which i have done while filling the form.
Is there any way to correct them as it is very crucial.

Also please suggest whether editing and resubmitting will have any negative impact..

Periodically (there is no specific time frame for doing so - it is done as and when the need for doing so arises) this list is reviewed and students moved to the evaluation process. Please check this website at intervals to ascertain if there has been any change in your admission status."

Does that mean i can hope for something or is it an automated reply that goes to everyone who has applied? Please tell me.
Secondly, i wanted to change my specialization. Is it possible if i get a call (although i know i will not)?
Could anyone help me?

THESE LABELS WILL BE USED TO PUT ON COVERS WHEN WE NEED TO SEND OUT ANYTHING TO YOU VIA POST/cOURIER - HENCE PLS GIVE A PERMANENT ADDRESS. THERE IS NO SPECIFICATION FOR THE SIZE- NORMAL SIZE LABELS ARE FINE NOT TOO SMALL

You cannot edit your form online as once submitted it is locked for editing.

PLS DO NOT RESUBMIT as this maybe held against you.

Hi,

THis is not an AUTO MSG that goes out to everyone who applies - you could either be shortlisted, waitlisted or rejected.

PLs email [email protected] if you wish to change your spez - you can change your spez before you attend the evals -after that it would not be possible

Well you may take a chance and apply but we do prefer students with work ex and consider freshers only if they are outstanding

Hi,

Well the admissions criteria keeps changing from intake to intake and keeps getting more stringent. Hence if you are shortlisted in one intake does not guarantee that you will be shortlisted in future intakes.

However pls give me your application no so i look into this

I would suggest stick with IT and not change to GLM.

Also did you inform us of your CAT score?
