I have a query on the Reference Letters. As I am employed, I am planning to get one from my Manager and one from my team member. Is it ok to get from a team member's perspective ? Or I should get from only supervisors? Please advise.

Hii Every one . I am a B.Tech (Mech) 2012 pass out with 71.2 % and currently pursuing M.Tech from Nit Karnataka ( 71.1 % ). my 10th and inter percentages are 87.1% each.I m having gate score around 550.I m a fresher so, i don't have much of work experience. I m interested in pursuing F.P.M in any of the I.I.M s ... what are my chances??
- should i gain experience and then apply??
- should i write cat??

I have got a mail from IIM Raipur asking me to submit relevant documents and fill up their form regarding FPM program. I have opted for FPM program in all the IIMs while filling up my CAT application form, and would like to know if individual IIMs would send me a mail just like IIM Raipur, or do I have to apply to them individually, and then they would send me a mail?
Also my CAT 2013 percentile is 92.7, 12th - 89.8 (cbse), 10th - 85.8(cbse), graduation - 8.1(btech) and a work ex of one year. Which IIMs might call me for FPM program?
I am an engineering graduate presently working with a data analytics company. I scored 92.66 percentile in CAT 2013. Are there any IIMs that might consider this score for interviews for FPM-2014? Also, are any of the IIMs considering CAT 2012 scores for FPM?

panel from IIM-I mentioned during the briefing that this year they are planning to start the session in March. How do they expect students from engineering final year to join ? What was the point making them apply at the first place ?😲 😉

I have secured 96.62%le in Quants and 63.81%le in Verbal with 89.3%le in overall in CAT 2013. My percentages in class Xth and XIIth are 95.4 and 83.2 respectively ( both are from WB board ). I have 80.8% marks in B.Tech till 3rd year. I have several certificates on non-academics also. Since I am a final year student, I don't have any work-ex.Please give me some idea about whether my percentile is good enough to apply for the fellowship programmes offered by IIMs ( A / B / C / I / S / Kozi ) or not.
