I'm interested to apply for FPM in Organisational Behaviour offered by the IIMs. I would like to know if my profile is suitable enough for me to receive any calls. Following are the details -
Class 10th - 91.4% CBSE
Class 12th - 73.8% (Sci.) CBSE
BA (Philosophe Hons.) - 55.5% Calcutta University
MA (Philosophy) - 63.8% Calcutta University
Work Ex - 1 year teaching experience
Also I've taken CAT before. So going by my experience I believe I should be able to score minimum 80%ile.
when one applies for IIMs, ISB or IIT's through GMAT, does one need to send the score through the GMAT send score thing which happens when GMAT results come or can just mention in the application for FPM/PhD?
Hi everyone,
I am currently pursuing MBA from a not so known and very unpopular university but have an average score above 75%, I have 4 years work experience with a very well known IT company, also my academic grades have been decent and stayed above 70% throughout. Can someone please guide me with what to focus on and what are the chances of getting selected into the FPM in IIMU in year 2017. I am really looking forward for it.
Thanks

Hi guys....So I am currently in the 1st year of my masters in Economics and want to go ahead for fpm in the future. My last(4th) semester finals should be around June 2018. Now as I know it, most fpm programmes start around June. Does that mean I have to try for FPM 2019 and do something else for the rest of the year? Please help me out.
Hi Guys, I have done PGDM and an FPM 2017 session aspirant. Please advise whether to mention PGDM details in online CAT application form under 'MASTERS DEGREE DETAILS'. The name of college or degree doesnot appear in the dropdown list.
This is one of the criteria’s stipulated by IIMs for admission to FPM course.
4 years / 8 semester bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average.
The 60% marks requirement is for aggregate of all 8 semesters or is it for degree? In case of my institute/University the degree is awarded on basis of last 6 semesters, therein my percentage score is above 60, but score for all 8 semesters is less than 60. In that case will I be considered eligible for FPM?
How are the non-working (currently out of work due to some reasons) candidates screened ? Is that negative for application?
(provided they have some previous work experience and have done some activities as freelancer for some time; which could be related to the applied area)
Kindly let me know about such cases, if you all have come across.
