Engineering (2011-2015) (B.Tech.) -7.96 from VIT Vellore.

GMAT- yet to appear (Targeting around 720, gave CAT last year and managed a score of 98.2 percentile)

Work Ex - Just recently started working as a business analyst for an emerging startup (Derrick Petroleums).

Academic Achievements - Two time international olympiad champion (ranked in the top-100), Certificate of excellence from CBSE and some 5 to 6 internships from notable institutions.

Extracurriculars- Worked with MAD (NGO) for 2 years as a session planner, Worked as an organizer for multiple events and have numerous certifications from Toastmasters International as a public speaking professional.

1. I need to know if I stand a good chance to satisfy ISB pre-qualifications. And if I do, what would be the GMAT score required to compliment my profile.

2. Also, which schools should I target abroad  for MiM programmes based on my profile?

Working on Microsoft Exchange server 2010, 2013. Active directory 2008, 2012. Microsoft Azure.

I want to apply in 2016 by then i will be having 3 years of Experience.

Achievement : State Level football player, District level Soft ball player.

Though i have 1 year i will be doing certification of Microsoft.

What are the chances of getting into top school. Actually i am worried about the academics score.

How much i have to score in GMAT with such profile.

I have more than 60 certificates and recognition in essay, elocution and sports during my school and under graduation days, but to my knowledge these are of no values. (Please suggest)

I was involved twice in college tech fest during graduation and conducted some competitions.

I have also some short term online certifications cleared in my subject of interest - HRM / OB and planning to do more of those.

this post Hi Everyone, I have recently scored a 700 (unofficial) on GMAT with Q50, V34 and IR5. My profile is as below: 10th: 78% 12: 62% BE: 73% from a regular Engg college. Work Ex(a total of 60+ months): Started working with an IT MNC on CRM for 2.2 years as a part of Sales Force Automation Team. I have been awarded for my contribution in the project which was later declared as CMM5. There, I also contributed in Knowledge management of the project, prompting project members having different area expertise to share their knowledge with each other. I also trained and mentored two new joinees in the project, one of which is serving at onsite. After MNC, I joined a public sector bank as an IT Officer since June 12, looking after Bank's Network and some relevant IT projects. As a Presiding Officer of election booths, I successfully conducted General Elections 2014 and Local Municipal elections. I have also earned a JAIIB - Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and a CAIIB - Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, which are provided by provided by Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Extra Curricular: nothing as such. I wanted to know whether with the above mentioned profile, is a 700 a viable score or do I have to push further on GMAT score? Is the above mentioned profile competitive enough for ISB, IIM-A,B,C?

I am planning to apply to a full-time MBA program in 2016. So far, I have ISB, LBS, ESADE, IE, IESE, NUS and Nanyang on my list but I'm not sure how close my profile is to what they would be looking for. I've omitted schools in USA because of the really high tuition costs. My profile details are below. It would be really helpful to get some feedback and if anyone could tell me what schools would be "safe", moderate and ambitious for me, nothing like it.

GMAT: 700(Q50, V34, AWA5.5, IR3)

X: 86%

XII: 79.69%

UG: 8.32/10 (B.E. in Information Science, BMS College of Engineering)

Work exp: Just completed 2 years.

1. Was a VP - Corporate Sector at AIESEC Bangalore(a local chapter of a global youth run organization) at 19. I led a team of 20 individuals to push the program to achieve 150% of the target. This gave me a lot of international exposure as well.

X - 88% (SSC- AP)

XII- 89%

B.Tech-ECE- 78%( JNTU-K).

Career :

Work  Ex-  close to 4 years - Business Consulting- Retail Analytics. 

I am currently  working as an Business Analyst in Bangalore for Target ( 2nd biggest retail chain in US). I have a very good analytical experience especially in  Retail Analytics. My day to day work involve Stats modelling, Customer Analytics and Promotional Optimization.  

My career priorities are very clear. I want to build on my experience in consulting and retail analytics ,so looking for MBA focused on strategy and consulting career or E- commerce.

 In India, I am looking for ISB. Can anyone suggest some b-schools in US were I can get good scholarships( I can`t afford full payment - Max 30-35 L  and rest need to be covered by scholarship). I am ready to take the  bitter pill, so please feel free to be open and frank.

Engg, 2006: 75% from Amity, affiliated to GGSIP University

MBA, 2009: Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune

I got a PPO from Asian Paints & worked with them for 2 months in area of supply chain & operations.

Then, I moved to Essar where I worked for 3 years in areas of Procurement, Contracts, Vendor Management & Business Development.

Presently working with Hitachi for almost 1.5 years where i am looking at the after-sales of compressors & pumps. I look after the complete India region with single point responsibility of P&L. I have moved into sales & marketing from supply chain & plan to pursue my career further in the same stream.

I have yet not given GMAT or TOEFL. I wish to attend the program beginning 2016 & looking for schools in US, Australia or Germany.

I wish to avail a scholarship to finance my education.

Please advice which all countries I should apply for MBA.

I have certain queries:

1. Is it worth doing a second MBA?

2. Will any of these schools give me GMAT/Toefl waiver?

3. How to plan my next step. What should I do to start my 2nd MBA process.

BBA LLB(Hons.) from National Law University Jodhpur (Ranked among top 5 law schools in India). Was a member of Legal Aid Committee of the university and helped in organising various legal aid camps in and around the university campus.

GPA- 7.6/10- Among top 15 out of 80 students

Currently working with Securities and Exchange Board of India for 2 years and 2 months. Have been responsible for handling litigations relating to defending the interest of SEBI and ensure investor protection.  Additionally, provide in house legal advice to various departments within SEBI.

I have completed foundation level of CS course and also completed various professional certification courses offered by NSE.

In view of the above background, my queries are:
