comin back from hyd after icfai int ....am in same boat as digi.... got thru hyd centre.....
well i am hoping and praying i get sims coz tats my ulti choice.....1st march and my heart beat will be heard by one and all ... i feel its the day my destiny will change!!! for the better ....

hey plp gud to c some similar situations in this gruop....well i am tlking abt sakshi,digi,frieden who have got their call form ICFAI-hyd.....well plp count me in......me 2 in the same confused situation..i happened to egt in touch with few plp passed out form ICFAI and SIMS.....the confusion is tht SIMS plp have suggested me to join ICFAI and ICFAI plp have adviced me to join SIMS....also i got to spk to this female presently working at delhi completed MBA form SIMS....she told me though SIMS has 100% placement record the finance placements r not tht gr8...and since me planning to take up finance ...i am even more confused...at the same time another female form ICFAI told me tht their claim of 100% placements is not true but faculty.infra and all is gr8 specially with their new campus coming up....so with all this input u guys can imagine how confused i am.....i therefore request the seniors to help us out in cleairng this confusion....it will indeed be of gr8 help.....thnx

Saurabh Jain... dont worry bout the results now. hope u hace given ur best shot at all stages..anyways u cant change a thing now. So relax, wait and njy.
Manisha.... almost evryone can relate to ur situation.. regarding placements in SIMS. we had (to name a few) Lehmann Brothers, JP Morgan, Citibank , ICICI Bank coming down on campus with confirmed recruitments. No comments on any other institute but do see to it dat u dont repent ur decision later. All the best.

By the way just gone through sakshi posts and dunno should I belive it or not ,coz if thats true than I would b really happy because I am still awaiting the prospectus despite sending my DD in last week of december.
Also guys I really dont understand on why r u comparing ICFAI and SIMS here.
Franknly speaking ICFAI is a flagship institute of ICFAI university just like SIBM is of Symbiosis Unviersity so cant u decide.
Also I feel at SIMS we will get more personal attention besides that all would b frm defence background so I am sure students here would b better in terms of personality and there approach to life then civilians candidates.
Last but not the least at the end of the day in MBA it all depends on how u learn and not wat the institute teaches u , coz I am sure wat u will study u wont remeber but wat u will remember is how u look at things.
So make a wise decision contact u r coaching institutes and then jump to the conclusion.
AND I HOPE THAT ALL OF U GET INTO U R DREAM INSTITUTES SO THAT WE WILL HAVE BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING INTO SIMS.
