Ok i will try and answer your queries to by best abilities
1. No idea about foreign language coz none of our batch mates has taken it i am not form international business os i could be wrong...
2. No major minor thing from your batch you to choce subjects new concept being introduced. Actually currently also there is no major minor thing if u dng Marketiung and finance dual specialiaztion then both are your majors there is no minors. For you guys it will be selection of elective subjects.
3. there is MLL for HR students and MA for other specializations both are optional. On 2 masters degree as per my knoweldge none of the universites allow that as they keep your original migration certificate so you cant not apply for another course so i suggest you can carry on with MCOM and dont apply for MA
4 Mattres, Pillow, bed , study table,book rack and an almira will be provided by our institute
5.
6.Yes break only on sunday saturday was half day for our batch but for our seniors saturday was also full day
7. I am from ICT and party guy from Dual (Marketing& finance)

2.Whatz this major minor thing in dual specialization. Say if a person is doin Finance(major) & marketing(minor) does that mean s/he wont have to study all the sub in marketing.Can u just explain a lil bit.
3.Why is this M.A programme frm Pune university being offered?
Whatz the relation between M.A & HR?
Iam already doin M.com(1st yr ) frm Pune univ so can I still go in for this M.A thingieI mean will the university allow me to do two Masters prog at the same time???
4.Do we need to get a mattress to the hostel.I know .....sounds queer but yeah I honestly wanna know.
5.I have also hrd that seniors also take some lectures in the beginning.Is this true?
6 Do u all get a break only on Sundays?i.e is just one day in a week?

Yea iceguy thnx..... man this is good...... no funda of major n minor..... i think it ll give us the freedom of choosing between two diff career paths altogether...... i feel a general MBA is better than a spclztn at times coz of the vast options a gen one can have......a career change then isnt too tough i feel if one wants to later in life...... so 2 spclztns is def an option fit for me... baaki toh me still in a decisive mode till end of 1st sem coz wanna see how i fare .... yar regarding mattress i heard u gotta bring ur own or smthng......this is quite confusing now....though i am planning to buy thr itself....what about ppl who are getting thr own...!!!
Frieden u don't need to bring mattress or pillows or buckets n mugs here.... all these things r provided by the college... can get a extra pillow incase ur in a habit of using more than one.... completely ur call...
Hey Pune ppl.. lets all meet up sometime.. i'm soooooo bored.. Would be really nice if the seniors could make it too.. i.e if they have time. We could meet up near sims itself.. say Baker's delight/ JJ/ Ratna's? Anytime is ok for me. Do suggest.

& one more thing what would be the mode of the testwritten?in a questionnaire format?

Precisly....the orientation period.the very first experience of SIMS that we guys will have there and we just forgot all about it.Thanks a lot ICEGUY to have reminded us about that.

Well if thats the way you want it...we have no issues with that.Plus I guess it will be more fun for us that way trying to explore the entire SIMS culture on our own.But somehow I can sense a wicked smile when you said that let it be a suprise package for them...just like every sims batch...Makes me really wonder what are all of us in for........

So they have sent the books that u've mentioned...any idea what exactly are we supposed to do....i mean we can go through the novels abt personality development but I hope they don't expect us to finish the cmplete Cotler in one month's time....
