@ramshyam1 Sir, interview सबका अच्छा ही होता है। जो प्रश्न पूछता है वह उस विषय का महापण्डित होता है। वह अपने मुख के वास्तविक भावो को छुपा सकता है अत: आपको पता नही चल पाता है कि उसने कब आपके कौन से दोषो को लिख दिया है। दूसरी बात किसका कैसा हुआ वह प्रश्न पूछने वाले के मस्तिष्क पर निर्भर करता है हमपर नही। जिस प्रश्न का जो उत्तर आपके लिए ठीक था उसी प्रश्न का वही उत्तर आपके पश्चात आने वाले के लिए अनुचित हो सकता है।
और हाँ केवल मौखिक प्रश्नोत्तरी पर्याप्त नही, लिखित परीक्षा के अंक भी गिने जायेंगे। तीन प्रकार के गट - कार्य भी हुए थे जिसमें 6 - 15 लोगो ने एक विषय पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किये थे। उसपर भी आपकी नियुक्ति निर्भर करती है।
सबसे आवश्यक बात यह कि आपके विभाग में कुल कितने रिक्त स्थान है और कितने लोग प्रश्नोत्तरी / गट - कार्य के लिए आए थे। हम यह जानते है कि कुल प्रोद्योगिकी विभाग में 408 तथा कुल प्रशासन विभाग में 72 रिक्त स्थान थे। किंतु उसमें भी कई प्रकार के विभाग थे - क्या पता आपके विभाग में 300 रिक्त हो और केवल 400 लोगो ने प्रश्नोत्तरी दी हो। ऐसे में आपकी नियुक्ति की सम्भावना अधिक हो सकती है। और यदि 10 रिक्त हो और 50 लोगो ने प्रश्नोत्तरी दी तो सम्भावना कम हो सकती है।
तो चिंता न करे, जब परिणाम धोषित होगा तब होगा। आप यदि अभियांत्रिक है तो अन्य परीक्षाओ पर ध्यान दे - GATE, IES, IAS। और यदि प्रबन्धक है तो उन क्षेत्रो में ध्यान दे - PSU।

@all ....maine personally Hr se pucha tha mumbai me ....usne kaha tha 15jan-25jan. tak aa sakta hai....n written wtg.60% ,GD 20% & Interview 20%...but in rti...it's looking bullshit..kyunki sabhi jante hain ki sail me sectional cutoff hota hai......whatever...wait n watch
You said - heat is a high grade energy and work is a low grade energy... ???
What do you mean by this ?, elaborate... (OR do you have an instrument to measure grade of energy?)
And work is not a form of energy, Energy is capacity to do the work. Yes work and energy both have same units (N-m) but that does not make one as form of another.
Assuming our force to be constant, energy does not depend on time. You mean that we had heat as only form of energy when we gave interview / GD and that heat is getting converted to work nowadays? Actually you are ignoring the other forms of energy.
I called in the Recruitment Cell of SAIL in Delhi today and asked him(the person who picked up the phone) about the prospective date for declaration of result.He said that ain't nothing is going to happen before 15th of Feb.I asked him again that is he sure that they'll not declare the result on January and he reaffirmed.I'll ask you guys to call this number to confirm for yourself- 011-22441758

i hv been trying dis num 4m mrng today....bt hearing "abh iss num par sampark nh kiya ja sakta" nw 3 cases arise: 1-SAIL AUTHORITIES hv disabled d num due 2 too many calls regarding results 2-on holidaz dis num doesnt work...sail discnnct it etc etc(which i knw is v unlikely) 3-dis num is out of order 4-jst a temprary signal glitch nd its 5th case is v trubling bt a possiblity(wd all due respect to
nd if...nd i m sayin if...d 5th case is true i wud request mr.bobby 2 plz dnt do dis... all people r v tense here nd r abt 2 go mad (as u cn see post frm @User.000 etc )

Oh for God sake give me a break. Just writing "with due respect" and slamming people on the face doesn't serve any better.I've better things to do in life than fooling around in a career discussion forum and making fool of the people around here.What I said previously was God's honest truth.If the number ain't working anymore its not my problem.I had made that call on 11/1/2013 at 5:28 pm.
I've already left a job for the sake of SAIL and have been sitting idle at home for last 8 months.I don't expect any empathy from any one but given the circumstances I'm in, its not likely that I'll pull off a joke at this moment.
