last yr there was no group activity(case study etc)..

Same problem here dude....I have SSBM interview on Feb 4th same time....Only Seniors can help us....I too tried calling them nobody is picking it up....:drinking:

The cut off for the SC category is 11.75 points !!!
Dey can even afford to score a negative score in SNAP nd still qualify on the basis of the cumulative point calculation.

This is happening bcoz of this sick rule of reservation.........Very soon open candidates will b minority and reserved category will b majority.........

Hi my SNAP Score is 85.
Slot-4th Februry.

I have registered for SIBM Pune & SCIT only,now that SIBM cut off was very high.I am going for SCIT now.

But some of my queries-
1)Its written there at the SCIT site that candidates are required to be conversant in IT for all specializations. I have done my BE from ECE,will that have an effect on it.:lookround:

2)Second SCIT has hostel accomodation,is that available for all the students{compulsory or not},how many students share rooms{means single,double} in hostel.

Please friends kindly answer these 2 queries.

Seniors pls help and tell my chances for final selection

SNAP: 91.75
10th:91 %
12th:97 %
BE: computer science ,7.3/10 CGPA
work exp:14 months in Cognizant technology solutions

how would you rate my chances for making the final cut off points. please be frank as i have to come all the way from chennai to pune.

and pls give us a prelude of what GE and PI is ?
I heard that changing GEPI date happened last year? what is the procedure to do so?

finally, I have a question reagrding placements.
what Job profile do people passing out of SCIT ITBM get? (becoz i'm sick of coding and testing stuffs and i dont want them again after an MBA)
and how is the placements this year ?(some stats please!!!)

I think many puys have the same set of doubts.. Seniors pls clear the air!!
