There was no mention of sectional cut-off. Rather the phrase 'sectional weightage' was used which means different weightage to different sections of SNAP. This in no way qualifies to be called as sectional cut-off. That was my point of view; expert opinion is awaited.
well..as a seasoned pro 😉 ..i wud rather not comment on the cutoffs...thats a huge hazard believe me...so wait to see hw the dice rolls... SIIB does not give out GD/PI calls based exclusively on profiles...we give sum weightage to the profile (work ex, acad backgrnd et all )...that is added to ur SNAP score...

1) i've done my graduation from mumbai university, and as per the rule here the university considers only the final year marks while giving the passing certificate.complying with the rule,i'd entered only the final year aggregate marks while filling in the snap registration form.however,i now find that siib insists on the aggregate of all the years(which is very nice indeed).so if i enter the aggregate of all the 3 years now,there'll be a discrepency in the details provided by me. what do u suggest i do now?
2) at the time of filling in the snap registration form,i'd not entered my post graduate aggregate since i'd not received my final semester marks sheet by then even though the results were out.if i enter the aggregate now,will there be a problem then?
Can you please reveal the relative weightage of various sections of SNAP. I am not insisting on giving the absolute weightage. Please provide it, if possible. It will further let us analyze about our prospects of getting SIIB calls.

same here.... i don't know why the symbi colleges websites are so pathetic. I remembered the problems i faced while filling up the online form for snap.
the prospectus says that they need the work experince certificate at the time of gd/pi. do u really think, it will be possible to get the work ex certificate before leaving the company. Or do you want us to leave the company and then appear for gd/pi. i think the the first month's sal slip and the last month's sal slip should be more than enough to verify the company and also the work ex period. correct me if i m wrong
