wats the fees for t mba ib prog and there is no mandatory disclosure in t site.....is the gd pi so difficult like in sibm & scmhrd....how many students apply each yr any idea bout this..

The fees for the 2 yr course is arnd 4.8 lakhs. I guess i have answered this query b4. Please refer to earlier posts b4 posting. It helps saving time for us..
Secondly, the GD round is a case study based round followed by other rounds which have also been mentioned in previous posts..
If u r well prepared and knw hw to go abt in a case study etc thn it wnt be tough. In fact it wil hold true for every institute u appear for.

thanx for this and moreover i saw in t siib site that t last date for payment of 1st installment is march15...wat is t initial amt to be paid as fees...will we be able to get loan to pay t 1st installment....
The 1st installment would be Rs 1,15,000.(approx)
You can get a loan for it provided u complete all the bank formalities before it and also keeping in mind the time your bank takes to provide the fees. Alternatively,u can also pay the amount from your pocket and get it reimbursed later..(thats what i did :))

Lowest salary for the previous batch was in the range of 4 lakhs p.a.
N to be honest we dnt have the data of median salary for "freshers". I guess i havent come across such figure anywhere. We can give u an approx figure for median figure of whole batch if u want

I ordered for SIIB prospectus on 27th October when I registered for SNAP test but am yet to receive the prospectus. My snap id is 785112. I tried to contact SIIB Admission office several times but without success.I tried the tele no given in the website but it is saying "Number Error".I mailed to the admission email ids but recvd msg that they dont exist. Please give a update on the issue asap.

The cutoff for ABM for general category was arnd 54. Placements are 100%. Dn have figures of lowest salary rt nw bt wil post it asap. Course fee is same as tht of IB i.e. 4.8 lakhs for 2 yr course. Difficult to compare the two colleges dude. There are some common companies and many different companies. Bt evn with the same company, profile is different.
u have mentioned tat t initial fee to be paid is 1.15lac...rite now am in my final yr...so will i be getting t bank loan rite in march cause i have not yet completed my ug...u have any idea bout this...has any of yr friend got loan like this..:neutral:
Dn wry, u wil get the loan whn the time comes. Many of my batchmates including myslf have taken loan to support my studies
Umm...well we dnt hav sectional cutoffs...SIIB gives different weightages to different sectional scores of SNAP...i'll juss illustrate wid an example...SIIB mite give a 30% weightage to the Quant section , 25% to the Verbal and so on...we then arrive upon wat is called as the SIIB score...GD/PI calls are given out on the basis of SIIB score...i hope i made things clear...and yes the percentage that i gave is for illustration purpose only...cud be different this year...cheers !! Hi, i want to know wheather siib forms are available offline and if yes then how can i recieve that form? Actually is the form available in bank or coaching institutes? Bcos that will be easy. But if the process to first send a DD in the name of 'symbi.' then they will send me prospectus with form which again i had to fill it up and send them . This will be a long process.

Want some info. regarding work experience.
Like u mentioned that weightages are given to work exp. 1 yr. and more. Now my joining date was june 1. And will complete 1 yr in May 31, 08. But will this be considered or they will count the work exp. as per any particular date (say the date of gd & pi or date of application).
In that case my work exp. will be less that 1 yr:(.

Your work-ex would be counted till the time of GD/PIs If its one year or less,it will not make any great impact on the final score. So,i think u shud better concentrate on maximizing ur SNAP score
