Systems specialization is related to IT and operations specialization is related to Mechanical. Since you have a background of Telecom, you can opt for PGDM in "Telecom" or "Telecom& Marketing" given by BITM
You cant make choice about Telecom after one year.. If you want operations or systems, you can make a choice after the first semester and not after that.

CBI accuses Sribalaji Society not having proper infra structure. We welcome you to the campus to witness our world class infra structure. In fact, the college building always used to have atleast two or three vacant classes. Anyone who visited the campus wont make such a comment.
And regarding our Bala sir's arrest, there may be some hidden interests. As Prof Bala always says, Problems are opportunities...We take it in that spirit.

since we don't know what is going on inside the campus
but if someone was to take admission and CBI charges were to be proved correct their future will be in huge risk - and everybody has right to know facts about college.
I find all trivial questions are answered very well in this thread and serious questions cones with response such as - if u don't want to take admission then don't apply
off course we are interested in taking admission - otherwise we wouldn't be visiting this thread making queries and wasting our time as well as yours.
So, please be responsible while answering queries and don't choose between them.
Noone is trying to hurt image of your college or making accusations - everybody want whatever facts they can get before taking final call
and remember u all were also in same boat in previous years.
MY LAST QUESTION: Is CBI investigation still going on or all charges have been dropped????????????

Let me make it clear.
I am not here to spoil your future by guiding you to a bad institute. Rather I understand the efforts made by my college for the students. So personally I recommend anyone I know to join this institute.
If CBI issues were a problem, that will be most effected to the present batch which I belong to with respect to placements. But to be frank, we never had a feeling that our lives are gonna screw up.
We the students have no complaints about the college.
The faculties, visiting professors and permanent faculty are happy with the institute.
The companies who visits the campus for placements are extremely satisfied with the quality.
If all the associates of the institute says we are happy, I really do not know who have problems with the infra structure and such things. So whatever interests are hidden in that, I am not the one to answer it, it must be something external.
We held the convocation ceremony of 2007-09 batch of the four institutes after the CBI investigations and all the students were awarded with PGDM where the certificate clearly mentions "approved by AICTE"
CBI accuses that the institute cheated AICTE for the approval for the four institutes.
If you dont know, please cross check with the AICTE norms & what Sribalaji society provides. Its far better than what AICTE wants, and personally I am enjoying all the facilities extended by the institute and feel safe.
For the students who reply to your queries are not getting anything with your decision to join the institute.
We thought of helping the MBA aspirants to be a part of this family. We really do not want to ruin your future.

If u fail to maintain 90% attendance, you cant sit for placements for the first 100 companies.
If u fail to maintain 80% attendance, you cant sit for the exams.
These are clearly mentioned in the website, prospectus & admission letter. So here I make it a point taht these are not just rules, but practices of Sribalaji Society.
So when i said "those who want holidays, please don't join Sribalaji Society", that was a humble request and not arrogance and attitude. I really don't want to guide you to a wrong place.
When I say 50% are not placed, you should understand more than 400 students are placed.
Average package for this year as of now is 4 lakhs and the highest is 15 lakhs.
