now as every know delhi ki cutoff sabse jyda jati hai......
now suppose 100 rank tht delhi ki sari seat fill ho gaye....
as u know ur rank u can estimate ki konsa side wala state mil skta hai.... like punjab,j.k,h.p etc
is tarh se dur jane ka swal hi nhi....
as south wale bhi south main hi rhna change na... kyu ab vo job to change kar nhi skte.... to vo bhi aaspass ka state hi lange....
