All those who are selected, have you got any communication from the college? I mean what is the last date to pay 1st installment, How much is the 1st installment etc.

Called the office friends...well not much info...they said wait till 10th to know our waitlist number..not even telling the number of waitlisted candidates..nothing much we can do...if someone wants to try their luck call them up..but not hopeful that we can get anything useful .:oops::oops:
And I also think these are the final results..I mean nothing like last year where results changed after a day..bcoz
the message is "wait till may 10th to know your status" and not " wait for some time to get your correct status"
meberty SaysIn our batch, whether some1 had his own laptop or some1 purchased a new one, the Toshiba laptop was given as it was already included in the fees. But, I guess that is not likely to be the case this time around. But I informed this to caution ppl who plan to purchase a new laptop for TAPMI use. Wait for information from TAPMI before you do.

As you are a student at TAPMI, can you confirm the number of wait listed candidates? May be they can give you the details as you already are a student coz they are not disclosing anything to us.
On 1st of may, after the results were finally out on their website, I called up jyothi to get my waitlist number..The lady said that they can't disclose it before 10th May.. The last date for the selected candidates to submit the fees is 10th.. They have already dispatched the letters.. they are giving 15 days time for fee submission.. So only after 10th, they'll compile and check.. and hence tell us the status on 11th or 12th. She asked me to call her up on 11th or 12th.
They have asked the selected candidates to submit 1 Lac initially.. after that they have probably given 10 more days for the rest of the amount..
So don't expect they in anycase will disclose waitlist number..
Only seniors can help by checking why is there so much discrepency in the ratio of selected and waitlisted candidates.. How many have been selected and waitlisted..??

I have a doubt here..if we get through the new courses.....bsf , ib
Will it be a problem to get a loan for IB of BSF or even for that matter pgdm( 121-180 seats) bcoz aicte approval is not there.
Also heard that HDFC list of premier customers include TAPMI and so..TAPMIans will get a great loan deal from hdfc..if true will this apply to the non-aicte courses also..what was the scenario for the people who were ranked 121-180 for the pgdm course..did they get loans..

even im waitlisted for the PGDM in TAPMI..it was my 1st preference and PGDM-IB was my 2nd preference...I read people talking bout PGDM-BFS bt can sum body highlight the issues with PGDM-IB...how is gud is TAPMI in IB...it would be greatful

once you get the confirmation letter from College. Thats sufficient.
But for documenatation purpose, one need to have
- AICTE approval letter of the college for the batch you are joining
- Fees Structure Details
- College Admission letter
rest personal certificates to show.
As far I know TAPMI also comes under SBI Scholar Loan.
Thanks mate..but my contention is 121-180 seats of PGDM are not aicte approved , only the first 120 are aicte approved..
Moreover as you said we need aicte approval letter ..so what can we do for the new courses..will sbi consider the new courses also which are not aicte approved..did it offer loans last year for the 121-180 guys whose admission was not backed by aicte approval? dats my doubt..

HDFC bank offers education loans to students ranging from 11% - 13% interest rate, depending the institute for which they have applied. Students from Premier institutes have to pay lesser interest.

Hopefully they should comeout with the other results much earlier than the waitlist for pgdm..bcoz they are not correlated and it opens up options for people..people who get selected into IB or BSF can decide if they wanna go for it or check their waitlist number and then make a decision..

I don know to whom I spoke but whenever I called I have been given the correct info so this tym too it must be correct.
2nd week implies the whole of 2nd week and looking at the promptness of TAPMI's result declartions , it would not be strange if they come out with the result at the very start of the week.
