Thanks for your response .......as far as meeting in person is concerned i am sorry becaus ei m based out of Mum. secondly as skype is an issue eite can with a conferencing call I know conferencing all woudl be the last option (cost woudl be an issue) or else through find few cases and discuss it on g-talk

how abt paltalk for gds...they have voice based chatroom totally free...we cud open the room for gds on a pre decided time...they have options to raise hand n all tht way all can get a chance to speak based on the list.mod has full control

Got a mail from TAS for a workshop to be held on the TAS process. I bet they ve got a very complex elimination process this time
The mail says congrats on clearing the first stage, however later mentions that the shortlist will be out by 12th April. Confusing !
Anyways happy that it sounds positive. -)

Heartiest congratulations for clearing the first stage of the TAS selection process !
To enable better understanding of TAS and the selection process and helping the candidates with the queries that they may have regarding the selection process, we are conducting 4 workshops this year.
We will be declaring the shortlist by Monday 12th April. We suggest that all candidates get a shortlist to the next round attend the workshop, the candidates who have cleared the cut-off but could not get selected to the next round are also welcome to attend the workshop for better understanding of the selection process.

I think based on the info in the email, all of those who have submitted the form must have recd this email. The shortlisted names would be announced by 12th ......
The congrats in the beginning was nice but declaration on 12th made me start over again .....
Please confirm if anyone else get this email too .....

No.. not yet.. but, it's good that TAS conducts a workshop before selection.. should be like pre-placement talks in campus..
