initially the dir round was scheduled for the 15th n 25th of may, but due to some internal developments d dates have been postponed to first week of july, this was precisely the content of d mail.

Siddharth are we again staring at a count of around 10 this time....
I was expecting the final count to be around 18, since they had increased the numbers shortlisted in the first round...
But now since we have got only 20 and add a couple more from US/UK, we would have just around 22 for the final round...
Guys the % of success is going down : from 13.9 % to 12.34%...
Is this alarming?:o
Yaar udti hui khabar hai ki TAS officers are concerned about the quality of candidates from in house going down and hence they seem to have taken a very selective stance now. I don know how far this is true but as far as i can remember last year also Bombay had 70 odd participants and some 8 got through.
My suggestion: Bakwaas ko maaro goli aur stick to ur prep and have confidence in your abilities. Those who got selected are humans and those who selected them are humans too, so in cricketing terms, just play ur natural game and u will win. Baaki sab Bhagwaan dekh raha hai. 
buddy last time mumbai had 6 selections....total number of applicants called for inhouse were 116.
but i do agree with you your bold statements..lets put our best foot forward..deliver our best and ready for the worst:wow:
