Well i dont know about CA particularly but all other stream like btech(any stream cse it ece mech tc etc.) or bsc etc go through a Initial learning program of 2 months where the role and technology of employee is decided. The amount during trainee phase was full amount i.e. according to your offer letter till last year, but heard that TCS wont be paying variable amount (around 5k for me ) to trainees this time. Increment after one year depends on your and companies performance and the market, there was no increment last year after one year, but you can expect around 10% or around 3.2lpa if u joining on a lower package. TCS is a happy place to work unless you get a badass lead/manager and a project with acute deadlines.

I have 2 years of experience in one of the leading rating agency primarily focusing on the BFSI Sector. TCS want me to join their BFSI Team as a Business Analyst. Currently my pay is INR 17 L (Incl. Bonus).
What would be the future prospects and what pay can TCS offer? Also how would be the learning curve and promotions in TCS.

Nobody knows this untill & unless the freshers get their first salary of their joining month...coz Accenure was also promising the same : WE WILL INCREASE THE SALARY...but in te offer letter given to me 2 days back (campus placement)... they have reduced it 3 LACS P.a...which was kinda shocking aftr giving initial figure of 3.25 L...
So, so so... Nobody knows this untill we get offer letter s from TCS... I am also waiting for the same...has anybody got it as of now.. quoting the salary???

My current package is 4.5LPA. And college is SIBM. Can u help me out with the estimates ?
If you are graduating from SIBM donot expect much of a hike as SIBM is considered as CAT-II institute. I would suggest, go in for the placements from the college rather than returning back to TCS.

Yes I have taken Sabbatical. Do you have nay idea as to how much was given to MBA grads this year. I have tried to gather info from as many places as possible but havne't really got any answer on the approx % inclease in package when I join back.

I am expecting atleast 70% hike considering that I have a rating of >4.6 in the last H1 and H2 and both and that my Work-Ex of about 2.5 Yrs is considered and taken account. But I am still skeptical.

70% looks extremely difficult as TCS has graded B-Schools and according to that, the pay hike and profile is decided.
Can we join some other company or take tuitions or something in the period after completion of our course at the college and the joining..?
Yes, you can very well do that. However, even if you work somewhere, your experience will not be counted in TCS as you have been recruited as trainees.
