But when I was filling the form, I found that Industrial Relation and Personnel Managment are given separately. So what should I choose while submitting the form, both or any one of them...????? guys i have a doubt if we are filling higher qualification it will be stored in software but whether it will be displayed or not in our final submission of our application..
