Mesra BIT Scholarship
Birla Institute of Technology has announced GP Birla BIT Scholarships worth INR 2.25 crores. Meritorious students are accepted into B. Tech. and B.Arch programs. Students should look at their overall AIR in JEE-Main. The rank range and percentage of tuition fees waived in the scholarship for B.Tech and B.Arch are listed in the table below.

M.Tech students who have passed the GATE exam with a score of 90 percent or higher are also eligible for the BIT GP Birla Scholarship. The scholarship is only available for the first semester, and its continuation is contingent on the students’ academic performance as determined by the Scholarship Committee.
Students pursuing B.Tech who are selected for Immersive Summer Research Experience (ISRE) at Reputable Foreign Universities are also eligible for the BIT GP Birla Scholarship. This scholarship is offered in collaboration with the BIT Mesra Alumni Association.
North America (BITMAA-NA), and the students’ parents cover the entire cost of ISRE.
There are two more categories of scholarships available to students who enroll at BIT Mesra. This is a BIT GP Birla Assistantship that is available on two bases: compassionate grounds and staff wards. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic performance in SP 2020 and family income. The Scholarship Committee decides on enrollment in these two programs based on the applications received and the funds available to the committee.
